I would absolutely recommend Pepper St! It was in perfectly clean condition. All amenities are high end and well stocked. El Segundo is a safe quiet community close to everything.

Beyond expectations

The unit is mitculasley decorated. Lots of room for the children . This unit actually for 8, if you consider the living room sofa bed. But 6 will be very much convertale. The kitchen, bathrooms and facilities are kept in minutes condition. I would am day new. Kathrina, the owner is great person to deal with. In my experiences and I am very frequent traveler and stayed in many houses in the last, I truly have not met a person similar to her. I truly felt I am her guest. Not a customer. She was attentive and so much caring . Many times she went out of the norm to make my our stay so much enjoyable.

Thank you Kathrina for all the things you did for us

Certainly, do not miss this beautiful house if you decide to stay in the area.

The House does not have 3 bathrooms with shower, as it was announced in the info (it has 2 and 1/2)

The big problem was that we rented the house because it is advertised as 3 bathrooms with 3 showers (I have the picture of the home away page were it is written). So you arrive at the house tired ,3 couples and expect a bathroom for each and they lied to you. Do not rent this house if you want three bathrooms, and do not pay the price for a house with 3 bathrooms because it has 2 and a half bathroom.

The house is beautiful and new. We had some more problems, because the dryer did not work and the barbecue was missing a tray below the burners.

The rest is ok. The Issues we had could not be solved because the owner wanted to send us somebody when we were away so that they did not fix the problems.

The place was superb,it had everything that you would need.The living arrangements were spacious,clean and the furniture pieces shows that the owner was careful and had a very good taste in choosing them.Ms.Kathrina was a great host,she greeted us well upon our arrival and was very helpful ,she tried her very best to make sure that everything went well. The whole family enjoyed it's stay at EL Segundo and would definitely stay here again on our next visit .
