This home is decorated with many items characteristic of the region and blended with a collection of beloved possessions. Over the years, we have acquired Native American works and local works that truly capture all four seasons of the Tetons in breathtaking colors. The furniture collections are in natural hues and subtle shades of brown. Staying in this home is an opportunity for you, your friends, and your family, to visit this unique mountain paradise We extend an invitation for you to share experiences and adventures that place Jackson Hole above all others.
Accommodations include new carpeting throughout, new bedroom collections, new dining room collection, new living room collection with a 42-inch HDTV / Cable / DVD Blue-Ray/ and a High-Speed Internet Connection for computers or HD online TV viewing through the Blue Ray player (Netflix, Hulu, Crackle, etc).
Secure / Encrypted Wi-Fi
The master bedroom has a King-size bed. The two adjacent bedrooms on the ground floor have Queen-size beds, and the large loft bedroom has two Twin beds.
Each bedroom has a 27" HDTV with an HD cable connection.
The living room and dining room have spectacular views of the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort and Grand Teton Mountain range. The living room has a very comfortable furniture collection, including, large sofa with two large matching chairs and ottomans, 42-inch TV with DVD/Internet system.
The dining room has an elegant dining collection (seats six). Larger groups can use the table for 6 in the game/informal dining room for additional seating.
High-speed Internet connection and secure Wi-Fi for vacationers who bring their notebooks/laptops, a deck outside of the master bedroom, terrace, large porch, and entry area with seating, full-size washer and dryer, full kitchen with dishwasher, parking for two vehicles, full service grocery store, UPS, and other amenities within walking distance.
Walking Distance Amenities:
A nearby START shuttle stop for transportation to the ski resort, town of Jackson, or other local points of interest.
A well stocked market (Aspen Market) to buy groceries, snacks, and all beverages. There are several locally-owned restaurants that offer a wide variety of selections -- all of which are outstanding. For convenience there is a Subway Sandwich Shop, and a UPS store for mailing postcards and packages, .
Nearby Fitness Club
The Teton Sports Clubs is $20.00 a day per person for an all day pass. That includes fitness classes, cardio equipment, free weights, locker rooms, pool and hot tubs, and functional fitness equipment. The club also offers several types of spa and massage services.
The START bus for Jackson Hole and the surrounding area stops at the Aspens every 30-45 min. and costs $3.00 per person each way into town. It costs $1.00 per person each way to the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort.

* Rates INCLUDE cleaning service, hotel taxes, and assessments.
* Deposits equal to 50% of total rent are due when making a reservation; Deposit payments can be made by Direct Deposit, Online Bank Transfer, Check or Credit Card.
For purposes of cancellation, property is considered booked / reserved when initial deposit payment is received by owner.
If the reservation is cancelled after booking until the 46th day before the check-in date, there will be a $300 cancellation fee.
If reservation is cancelled 45 days or less from the Check-in Date the 50% deposit will be forfeited due to the slim chance the Homeowner will be able to re-rent the property so close to the cancelled date.
If reservation is cancelled 10 days or less from the Check-in date the entire rental fee will be forfeited due to the near non-existent chance the Homeowner will be able to re-rent the property with only 10 or less days to do so.
* Guest is responsible for all unused days reserved resulting from late arrival, premature check out, acts of God, or cancellation.

Wonderful Property = Wonderful Vacation!
I rented this property in February for a long-awaited vacation in the Tetons with my family and friends. The condo was exactly as advertised, …Big and Beautiful. The place was very clean, well maintained, comfortable, and as a “home-base” was a tremendous asset to our group. The location was especially convenient considering the diverse daily plans and interests of the individuals in our group. The more gung-ho members were skiing the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, and skiing the backcountry every day, including the Teton Pass. Sharply contrasted with the more laid-back approach for those in our group who preferred a more restful and relaxing vacation, …which included various sightseeing trips, cross-country skiing, snow-shoeing, spending a considerable amount of time in the town of Jackson Hole, in the town of Wilson, and in the condo itself. All of which are very close to this property. On the mountain we enjoyed incredible adventures in deep powder snow, …and in the surrounding area, the sightseeing was second to none! Based on location, convenience, and the success of our vacation, I highly recommend this property to all Teton vacationers.
Awesome vacation location
My family stayed at this property and had a wonderful time. It is located in a beautiful setting, very private with a stream near by. The condo was very comfortable and cozy. Very well maintained, clean and very roomy. It is in a great location, close to Jackson and Teton Village. Awesome biking paths and hiking trails close. I would highly recommend this condo.
Creating Great Memories in the Tetons!
What a great place to get away for a vacation. My husband and I stayed here with our two adult children and their spouses for a week in January. The condo is very nice with spacious living areas, , comfortable furniture throughout, ...including the bedrooms. The location is absolutely fabulous, secluded and quiet, right next to Fish Creek, providing us with easy access to our daily ski and apre ski destinations (JHMR, the Town of Jackson, Teton Pass, etc). We were residents of Jackson Hole in the 80’s and 90’s so we know the area well, and for our return vacations we generally look for a property in this area. Something special about the Tetons makes every day a treasure. To top it all off, on our last day we had a delicious breakfast at Nora’s Fish Creek Inn (recommended by the property manager), and 18"+ of fresh POW waiting for us on the mountain. Overall the property was 100% ready for us and perfectly suited for our vacation. I highly recommend this condo. My family is sad to leave and cannot wait to come back!
Beauty In the Mountains
My wife and I stayed here two years ago and had a wonderful time. We decided to come back this year with a few friends and stayed at this property for a week in September. We knew the location of this property would be perfect for our needs. It is nice to be close to the Teton Mountains and south entrance of Grand Teton National Park, where we spend most of our time hiking incredible trails, and having mountaintop picnics surrounded by beauty that defies description. This condo is very large, incredibly comfortable, and was immaculately clean top to bottom when we arrived. Renting this property was very easy and the owner provided us with many useful tips for local hiking trails and restaurants. I could not have asked for anything more. Having stayed at numerous owner rented properties (VRBO, Home Away, and Air BnB) over the years, I absolutely recommend this property to anybody visiting the Jackson Hole / Grand Teton area. A big thanks to the owner for helping make our stay incredibly enjoyable.

A perfect stay
My family spent a few days in Jason's house this summer. It was a perfect vacation. The location is minutes away to Grand Teton by driving. The house is spacious and full of natural light. It is clean and has a full kitchen that we happily took advantage of. It is situated in a secluded conner of the village but very convenient to get to the local markets. There is a creek next to the house. Jason is a gracious owner, very accommodating and the communication is smooth and without problems! If I have friends who plan to take vacation there I would not hesitate to recommend it! Thanks Jason!
Loved This Place!
My family and I stayed at this property for 10 days of much needed Rest and & Relaxation. The extra-large condo had plenty of room for our entire family to feel comfortable. It was very clean throughout, exceptionally well maintained, nicely decorated, and also very cozy. We all felt that staying at this property added tremendously to our experience in Teton Mountains and especially liked its location between the town of Jackson and Teton Village. We enjoyed several days of fresh powder, which was especially nice because our mountains back home in Tahoe have not seen decent snow conditions for 3 years. Each morning we eagerly prepared to be on the mountain early, and evenings we gathered after dinner to tell tales of bravery and great runs, everybody marveling at pictures of snow conditions and incredible terrain. Lots of wildlife was seen close to the property on our frequent walks, including; Moose, Deer, Red Fox, and Elk. We are truly looking forward to our next stay here. Highly recommended!
