3 Bedroom, 2 1/2 Bath Located At The Quiet End Of Union St By The Presidio
Our three bedroom (plus child room) condo is ideal for a family visiting San Francisco. Our home is filled with light during the day and is in walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants on Union St and the Marina. Entrance into the Presidio Park is only three blocks away. Roof deck is great for grilling up dinner and having a drink after a long day of exploring San Francisco while you watch the sun set over the Golden Gate Bridge. The living room and kitchen are on the top floor with the bedrooms on the lower floors over looking a lush garden. The back of our home receives a ton of privacy from the large Redwood Tree which blocks our surrounding neighbors. We have a one car garage and an additional parking spot in front. Street parking is never a problem. The third bedroom in the basement is used as an office but is easily converted into a bedroom with a folding futon. Our kitchen is fully equipped with high end appliances. Our newly renovated bathrooms are spacious and luxurious. Fantastic location and quiet neighborhood makes this property ideal for getting away. We will work with you to ensure you have a fabulous stay.

I live here with my wife and son. I am a school teacher and I am blessed with time to travel with my family.
David purchased this Condo in 2002
Why David chose Marina District
When I walked up to the roof deck of this property in 2002 I knew that this was the place to be. After 19 years in San Francisco, I feel lucky to have found this hidden gem of a neighborhood in San Francisco.
What makes this Condo unique
In walking distance to most everything. Electric bus stop 50 feet away which will take you anywhere in the city.

Awesome place to stay
We have stayed one month this summer. Angela and David are great hosts. Everything was perfect. Location is excellent for families with children. Very close to beach and playgrounds. We would definitely stay again. Thanks Angela and David for your hospitality.
Wonderful upscale home, perfect for a family vacation
We greatly enjoyed David's and his family's lovely home. It was exactly as depicted in the photos, even the view! It was a great space for our family of 5 (parents, 2 "tween" children and a grand mom) - we all had our own rooms and lots of family living space, spread over multiple floors. The property was perfectly clean and well maintained with many high-end finishes. Beds were comfortable and neighborhood was quiet. The location was terrific and David gave us great tips on local restaurants and shops. David was also very responsive and easy to deal with at all stages of the process, and provided excellent, detailed instructions for using various aspects of the home. I would highly recommend this property to others and would stay here again.
Absolutely perfect condo for a family of 5
We loved this condo and its prime location in a nice, quiet neighborhood that was still walking distance to a lot. Loved it being close by to the Presidio for a nice run and taking our sons to the park. We did take Uber to the Piers to take an Alcatraz and Bay tour, but we also walked miles because you cannot beat the SF weather! Definitely bring a light jacket. It gets very cool at night (50s) but that was a welcome change to our disgusting heat back in KY. The condo has a Master bedroom (queen) and bath with two sinks, as well as another full and half bath. So plenty of bathroom space for a large family. There was another bedroom with a queen bed, one with a twin bed and then an office downstairs with a futon that one of my sons slept on that was comfortable. The kitchen and family rooms are very large with lots of windows. The rooftop deck was a big hit with my sons as they could look out every morning at the Golden Gate bridge and Alcatraz once the fog lifted. Safeway was close by so we bought groceries and ate in mostly, but did try a handful of restaurants. Highly recommend Scomas. Make a reservation first. The condo had all the comforts of home. Clean, bright and lots of upgrades. You will get your exercise though with all the different floors but this became fun after a while for all of us. It's a tall, narrow condo like it should be in SF. We did a lot of walking up and down the very steep hills of SF and it was a great way to get your exercise in while on vacation. We visited Muir Woods, walked and dined in Sausalito (go to the Napa Valley burger place it's amazing!), toured Alcatraz, attended a Giants baseball game (view from AT&T Park of the Bay is amazing!), drove to Oakland to see their stadiums and go over the bridge, walked the windy Golden Gate Bridge, walked around Fisherman's Warf, treated ourselves to Ghiradelli Square sundaes, among other things. We were there for a week and I suggest no less if you want to have some downtime which we did. The only thing my boys complained of was how bright it was at 6 am through the curtains. Although the twin bedroom has blackout shades and curtains so no complaints there. Then again, they are teenagers and don't like to rise too early! Also, Dave is very responsive to your emails and he connects with you while you are there via email to make sure you are okay and reminders about trash day and departure notes. I would not look any further and book this condo fast!
Very comfortable and interesting home, great location
We spent two weeks at this home in July with three children under the age of 8. Overall it was a great experience and we would do it again.
Great location, affluent residential neighborhood of the city, did not feel touristy at all, close to Presidio, Marina, Union Street
Very interesting home, with outdoor space in a small backyard and also a roofdeck with phenomenal view
Very responsive, friendly and hospitable owners
Great toys and books for kids because the owners have a child of their own.
Nice master bedroom and light, airy common spaces
Ground floor bedrooms work very well for kids (although a bit odd they are closer to front door than rest of house)
Clean, well-maintained property.
A bit far from the heart of Union Street (for anyone who doesn't have to transport three small children this will not be an issue)
House is quite vertical, lots of stairs (par for the course for a city house...).
Noise from street (Muni buses go right in front of house, which is quite convenient but also can be loud in mornings and at night).
Roofdeck was a bit nerve-wracking with small children.
We had a great stay!
Beautiful clean home in a quiet neighborhood with breathtaking views of the Golden Gate Bridge and surrounding areas. Close to restaurants and shopping. Absolutely fantastic location. We had a wonderful time and we really couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay in SF. Highly recommend...Thank you!
Amazing house in amazing location!
The home was perfect!! On a quiet part of Union but close to everything, this home is charming, functional, updated and has the most amazing view EVER from the roof. If you have young kids, it is even better, because there are toys and books galore. It is equipped with everything you could ever need in the kitchen and more. And it even has parking and a charming backyard! No need to look anywhere else, this house has everything. Would definitely stay here again.
