This lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit recently underwent a major top to bottom renovation. This is considered an A+ unit in terms of the level of upgrades that were made. Professionally decorated with a coastal inspired theme with great attention to detail. The unit sleeps only 4 guests and is more suited to couples looking for a romantic getaway. The condo overlooks one of two large heated community pools and is just a short walk to the private white sand beach with second community pool and large sun terrace.
We enjoy our unit in Excelsior so much that we decided to buy another to rent out so that others could enjoy Siesta Key and Sarasota! We completed a full renovation of the unit in 2014 and feel that once you stay, you'll want to come back again!
Convenient to beaches, bars, restaurants, night life, golf, Downtown Sarasota and Venice. The list goes on and on.
We had an excellent experience with property manager Dan Jasmer and the owner during our stay in the month of February. The condo is outstanding and in a great location on beautiful Siesta Key. Very well appointed and literally anything you would need for a relaxing experience. Very enjoyable to have your morning coffee on the lanai while overlooking the beautiful courtyard and swimming pool area. To enhance the rental, the parking spot is located under the building beside the elevator. You will be a short walk (750 steps), to the #1 beach in the USA (located across the street)! You will not need to bring anything for the beach. A private storage area located near your parking spot will have anything you could possibly need, umbrella, boogie board, beach buggy, etc. Chairs and chaise lounges are located on the beach. You can also walk a short distance to numerous restaurants/bars, as well as a drugstore, small grocery store, post office, and shopping. We enjoyed the Daiquiri Deck, Captain Curt's, Lobster Pot, Another Broken Egg, Big Olaf Creamery, and The Toasted Mango Cafe. You can hop on the free trolley which will take you to the Village and other locations. Bottom line is - we loved it! We are returning and possibly for a longer period of time!

We had a fantastic stay here. It is lovely. When we walked in, all of our first words were "Wow!" The condo is large enough for a girls' trip or a family vacation. It was clean and welcoming, and the screened-in porch is perfect for lazy mornings with coffee or nights with a margarita. If you love to cook, the kitchen is fully equipped with all you need. Wonderful place for a relaxing, stress-free vacation, and nice enough to stay in and relax!
Wonderful location close to the water and local restaurants and shops. There is private entry to the beach, designated close parking, and the location is very quiet. I've stayed at multiple VRBO and AirB&B properties and this was by far the cleanest and had the comfiest beds. The condo is updated, fully equipped, and has an open layout with large rooms. I recommend checking out the Siesta Key Oyster Bar (SKOB) for great seafood and grabbing drinks at the nearby Daiquiri Bar. Also, plan your days around watching the amazing sunsets on the beach - can't be beat!
Easy walk to the beach. We enjoyed many walks on the beach and the island provides multiple options for free transportation. We used Uber from the airport and did not need a car for the week we were there. Great restaurants. Loved the Lobster Pot and Big Water Fish Market. Also bought fish and used the grill at the condo unit. Everyone we met was nice and friendly. Beach chairs on the beach were great. We appreciated the umbrella that the unit provided and left our Football for the next guest. I feel confident I will return to Siesta Keys again and recommend this unit with no hesitation. It is beautiful. “Happy Place”. My kids are 19 and 22 this condo was a perfect rental for their ages.
This newly renovated condo has a fully loaded kitchen for all your families needs. It is beautifully decorated, and is extremely clean. It is conveniently located to the "best beach in the US, with its white sands" and a private beach entrance with use of chairs for this condo unit. It has restaurants to walk to, as well as a small grocery store. We will continue to stay at this condo when we make our vacation reservations in Siesta Keys!
