About Al Benkert
Hi, my name is Al Benkert and I am the Broker and owner of Vero Beachside Sales-Rentals. I sold this property to the current owners and watched Helmut House, one of our top builders, create a real beauty of a home. I am looking forward to renting it to many happy tenants over the coming years. I have managed rental properties here in our little piece of paradise for over a decade and have had many happy visitors. I live a very short distance from the property and I or one of my associates are available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day if there are any problems. As a small boutique firm, I and my associates pride ourselves on providing outstanding service to all or our clients whether they are short term or long term visitors or people looking to buy some place here in our little seaside home town. I am a Certified Luxury Home Specialist, E-Pro and a Realtor. I have been president and remain on the board of directors of the Oceanside Business Association which puts on the weekly farmers market and monthly concerts on the beach as well as the annual Christmas parade.

Why Al Benkert chose Central Beach
Nestled among older remodeled homes this property is unique because of it's newness and location. Central Beach is the premier location to be in Vero Beach. It is close to everything but is extremely quiet, well patrolled and peaceful. The Vero Beach area has a very low crime rate with many residents leaving their doors open.
What makes this House unique
The home is extremely well designed from the large kitchen with a great breakfast area to the 1/2 bath with a direct entrance from the pool and the convenient outside shower. The pool has a large shallow area for just lounging next to the Jacuzzi yet is long enough for a good swim. The yard is fully fenced and very secluded and private. All of the floors are tile with zero grout lines and the kitchen is beautifully outfitted.

Vero Beach is a small Seashore town with great cultural, education and medical facilities, it is known as the Hamptons of Miami. The area is Florida as it was meant to be, a small piece of Paradise, a small town with extensive cultural and recreational opportunities. There are multiple, tennis complexes, golf courses, miles of ocean front beaches, the beautiful Indian River Lagoon, a first class Art museum and live Theater and needless to say many first class restaurants. In the 70’s the county and city officials passed a height restriction of 65 feet so aside from two 7 story buildings and two 13 story towers there is a very low skyline profile and it is a very uncongested area of Florida that has retained its small town charm. The county has a regional mall, a large outlet mall and all of the big box stores within a 15 minute drive. Vero Beach is the county seat for Indian River County which encompasses 617 square miles & includes 5 incorporated towns; Vero Beach, Sebastian, Fellsmere, Orchid, and Indian River Shores. Strict building codes, a watchdog government, and an exceptionally high rate of charitable contributions & individual volunteerism contributes to the peaceful and idyllic lifestyle found in Indian River County.
