Cancellations made less than sixty (60) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent plus the 13.4166 percent Hawaii tax on the rent. The security deposit and cleaning fee shall be returned. There are no exceptions. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
To confirm your reservation, 25% of the total booking amount would be due immediately, and the balance will be due 60 days prior to your arrival. We accept all major credit cards as well as personal or business checks. Cancellations made sixty (60) days or more prior to arrival with written notice shall be given a full refund minus a $100.00 cancellation fee.
