Beautiful 4,200 square foot family home located in a gated golf course community (The Monument) at the Troon North Golf Course which is less than a two minute drive from this truly amazing family home. This house has it all - four bedrooms, three bathrooms, den, family room, three car garage and a larger than life living room. If you want to work on your holiday we even have a den and secure Wi-Fi. There are exceptional views of the awarding winning Troon North Golf Course, Pinnacle Peak Mountain and the 7th green of the Monument course. A heated swimming pool and spa are the main features of a back yard that has an outdoor barbecue, fridge, and many lounging areas. The house is only a five minute drive from the Pinnacle Peak Park and The Tom's Thumb Trailhead. There are tennis courts nearby and a biking trails. Feel free to use our outdoor pool, hot tub and over seven sets of golf clubs. There's even a set of left handed ones. Please note this home is only available for rent on a monthly basis (minimum 30 days) because of our Home Owners' Association rules. We have a 2013 GMC Denali SUV that seats 6 passengers that can also be rented.

We are looking for long term rentals and people that want an amazing place and want to come back with their family and friends year after year. Beautiful home Great location

We spent 6 weeks in Troon North at this home. The location is right on the 7th green iof Monument golf course. We enjoyed watching golfers play the hole. The home is beautifully furnished and the kitchen is well equipped. We would rent this home again, but unfortunately it's already booked for next spring.

Perfect home, pool, & location

Our family of 4 stayed here for two weeks in October. The house was very nice and loaded with everything we could’ve wanted or needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with kitchenware and vary spacious for cooking. The cable had tons of channels. It was nice to watch the oilers win 5 games in a row from phoenix. Aside from all the great things about the pool, property and location, Bill was awesome to deal with. He was easy to get a hold of and very responsive. Great guy. We’d love to come back and stay again some time.

Desert living at its BEST!

This was our first time using this site to rent a home, we were very impressed by our experience. The Troon home was SPECTACULAR! The house was very large and accommodated me and my family very nicely. The Backyard was amazing! we saw incredible sunsets the pool and the backyard BBQ was a favorite in our group! Kid-Friendly and lots of space for everyone! The house was very clean and the amenities in the home were top notch. My Husband was able to golf numerous times, you cannot beat this location! The Owner Bill was a pleasure to work with we can't wait to do this again next summer!

Wonderful home in serene setting on 7th Green Troon North, Monument Course

This is a wonderful spacious home located in Troon North. The neighborhood is lovely with plenty of desert space between the properties for viewing of wildlife and many birds. We enjoyed having much space in this gracious home. It has a calm and tranquil feel and has all amenities that one needs for desert living. From the patio you will enjoy watching the golfers struggle with the sand traps around the green and will delight in the beautiful sunsets in the evening. There is a large covered space on the deck if you want to escape the sun. Desert hiking is just minutes from your doorstep and I recommend that you do not miss the beautiful hikes available in the Sonoran Desert. We very much liked being in Troon North and you have much availability for grocery stores, drug stores, golf and some shopping. The owner responds quickly to emails if you have concerns. We would rent this home again and would recommend it to friends.
