The location is ideal for USNA events, weddings, sailing regattas, weekend get-a-aways and business travel. This truly special historic residence has just undergone an extensive renovation and was thoughtfully designed with the discriminating traveler in mind.

Used exclusively as a short-term “home-away from-home”, the house is free of any personal clutter The only items you will find in the home are there to make your stay comfortable, convenient & stress-free.

Spacious closets with an abundance of wooden hangers, large dressers in each room & luggage racks provide ample storage for our guests.

The home offers luxury linens & towels, down comforters with 100% cotton duvet covers, quality stemware, dishes & flatware – too much to list, but be assured, every amenity is available and is of high quality.

Professionally cleaned between every guest's stay, this beautifully maintained home sleeps six (6) comfortably in 2 generous-sized bedrooms (1 queen bed / 2 twin beds and one queen sofa bed in the family room located at the back of the home).

“Carrie was a great communicator from the start. The house was far better than the pictures. The house is so unique and really makes you get into the feel of being in historic Annapolis. The location is amazing as it is 1 block from the entrance to the Academy which made it convenient as we were there for a tournament, yet it was on a quiet street and 2 blocks either way to dining and night life. The house is immaculate. The back yard was great for early morning coffee and an afternoon cocktail on a beautiful fall afternoon. We loved everything about this place. We will be back as this beats any hotel in the area. We were a party of 6 and this place was the perfect size for all of us to share quality time as well as have our own space. Highly recommend this property.”

We had an amazing stay on East Street over the Christmas holiday. The house was spotless, cozy and wonderful all rolled into one! We walked each morning to City Dock for coffee (a coffee maker was provided but we decided to try the local spot. Our car was parked once we arrived and we never used it all. The location allowed us to walk one block to the Naval Academy for a tour and then we walked 2 blocks to see the Annapolis State House. Two blocks the other way brought us to Maryland Avenue- where we shopped and ate at Galway Bay. The house has a washer/dryer -which came in handy! We will definitely BE BACK!!

What a gem!!!

This beautiful property was a great home-away-from-home for our recent stay in Annapolis. It is conveniently located near the U.S. Naval Academy and St. John's College with several restaurants and the waterfront all within walking distance. This spacious, clean home has an open floor plan which allowed us to have friends over. Carrie has the place stocked up with anything you might need. The only drawback was parking as no spot was available in front of the house until the day we left (most likely because of the combination of athletic events going on the weekend we were in town & the only reason for 4 vs. stars). We utilized the garage which is a 10-15 minute walk. Very pleased overall!

Please note , the visitor parking passes I provide are good to park 24/7 during your stay anywhere in the Historic Downtown Area. My apologies if you thought the pass was only good for in front of the house/on East Street Typically there are always spaces right in front of the house ... as you mentioned, all of the events going & the holiday may have made parking more difficult than usual Thank you for taking such lovely care of the home. Absolutely Perfect!!!

We could not of imagined a more convenient and clean place to stay while we were in Annapolis. We had a great time and a huge part of that was the house, as it is literally a 5 minute walk from everything. The house was super clean and had plenty of room. We are definitely coming back next year!!!! Thanks Again!!!!

Perfect in every way

Great location to waterfront and Naval Academy. Convenient but off the beaten path. Parking easy even on holiday weekend. Attention to detail appreciated down to having four bottles of water in the fridge on arrival.

Plebe weekend

If we could rate 4.5, that's where I would rate 31east. Great little place, very responsive owner, outstanding location for waterfront Annapolis and , particularly, the Naval Academy. The unit is virtually at the main gate.

The unit was clean and had some nice updates, especially for an historic district property. There is more room inside than it looks from out!

Highly recommended. We wouldn't hesitate to book the unit again.
