A nature lovers paradise!

  • 5 of 5

My family stayed at this wonderful home on Pemaquid Lake in mid July 2017. This was our second stay at this home and it was just as wonderful as we remembered it to be in 2015! The house has everything you need for a quiet and peaceful vacation on the water. The wildlife viewing is spectacular! If you love nature, quiet and a meticulously maintained home, here it is!

Tremendous

  • 5 of 5

After renting in the Pemaquid area for over twenty five years, we were delighted to find this awesome home.. Every room is just perfect especially the bedrooms.. The mattresses allowed for a true vacation rest wise! The deck, screened porch and dock added to our joy as each day we were blessed with gorgeous weather. The location of this home is ideal for shopping, eating, swimming and kyacking. Thank you for sharing this little piece of paradise with us.

Large family home set by a beautiful lake

  • 4 of 5

This house is very large and has the feel of a real family home. We were three generations and there was plenty of room for all of us. It felt completely private being set in the middle of the woodland and I slept with the windows open which I don't even do in my own home! We enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the mornings watching the humming birds stop by while we drank our coffee. The direct lake access made this holiday truly memorable for us. The water was warm and crystal clear and we swam every day. We hired kayaks from nearby Maine kayak and explored the lake shores. Rachel and Randy were truly lovely hosts.

Wonderful house, beautifully taken care of. Spectacular View

  • 5 of 5

We just finished our 8th annual Family Vacation. We have rented from this site before. This was our favorite. The house lived up to its description. It had all the things you need to feel at home but you know you are not. We enjoyed the screened in porch and the back deck. My grandson age 5 fished for the first time off the back water deck and caught his first fish. The house was big enough that we all had room to be together or not. Our family consists of 2 adult children, their spouses , 4 grandkids , and a meme and a papa. We were not 1 bit crowed. Thanks again Randy and Rachel for renting us your beautiful home.

A WONDERFUL PLACE!

  • 5 of 5

We had a wonderful time this week. The house was beautiful and generous in size, well laid out to allow plenty of space to relax. We are a large family and appreciated the separate areas for various activities. One of the best things was the dining table...large enough for everyone to eat together. I think the screened in porch was by far our favorite spot, especially for morning coffee and enjoying the view of the lake. The trees around the house offered shade and interest when the breeze blew. Lakeside dock, chairs, and fire pit were great. We enjoyed the feeling of privacy in the woods but close to anything we needed. Pemaquid Point Lighthouse was near enough to allow numerous trips during our stay; one of our favorite places. We hope to return! Thank you!
