About Emily Bolding

We rented cabins on Ky Lake for years and have been afforded the ability to buy, renovate and become rental owners. We enjoy meeting people and try to supply everything possible one would want available in a cabin down to the blender for happy hour.

Emily Bolding purchased this mobile home in 2014

What makes this mobile home unique

The cabin is located in a quiet neighborhood with some GREAT neighbors. One can enjoy coffee on the covered porch or grill some burgers out back with family and feel at home.

Great spot for a family getaway!

  • 5 of 5

I found this cottage when searching for a place to stay near the Land Between the Lakes to watch the solar eclipse with my family. Our host, Emily, was very responsive and great at answering our questions, we ending up booking it and were very happy with our stay. The cottage was very spacious and comfortable for 4 adults, everything was clean and in order, we enjoyed watching deer roam through the neighborhood from the back patio. The cottage is located near a boat put-in, plus only about 10 minutes from Paris Landing State Park. Everything we wanted to do in the area was relatively close and we had no problem finding nearby grocery stores and restaurants. Emily also made us some delicious cookies and even had some special eclipse treats for us! She really went above and beyond and we were super grateful to find such a good spot! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Relaxing Lake House!

  • 5 of 5

This place was perfect for our family of 3 and two dogs. Very short walk down the road to the lake. This place is quite spacious and super clean. Emily, the homeowner, is one of the sweetest people I have ever met. She had homemade treats waiting on us when we arrived. We will definitely stay here again.

Kentucky Lake trip

  • 5 of 5

Emily was extremely accommodating and had a gorgeous home. She thought of everything from ice, to fire starters, to homemade cookies awaiting our arrival. If I ever return I would absolutely rent this cabin again

This is a great place for two couples to go and spend a long weekend. It's a very quiet area and we weren't real sure what to do. Emily pointed us in the right direction with Fat Daddy's and the Dockside Bar and Grill. We all had a good time. Blues Landing was really nice place to eat, nice to get away from bar food. We will definitely stay here the next time we are down in this area.

Clean, comfortable, perfect for our family vacation

  • 5 of 5

Chose this place as halfway point for family across country. Emily's home was super clean and comfortable, had everything we wanted and especially LOVE that my dog was able to attend:-) During the week the area was very quiet, we walked & biked the neighborhood and swam in the lake, which we had all to ourselves. We took a longer bike ride in LBL. Water activities seem to be the biggest thing here. We enjoyed our stay very much:-)
