We live in the DC metro area and fell in love with St. Pete and the surrounding white sand beaches after vacationing here in 2007. So many wonderful places to visit and see: Johns Pass, Treasure Island. Easy access to Downtown St. Petersburg and the Arts....great waterfront dining etc.

Great location! Pool and sun deck are awesome! Having lunch or dinner or waterside drink while grilling is amazing. There is also a kayak launch.
My husband and I stayed here for 6 weeks recently. The condo was immaculate and big! shows like a model. The location was perfect, close to everything including beach. Restaurants and shopping were literally at the end of the street. The street the building (Casa Prima) is on is a peninsula with water on both sides of the street. Nice views from the bedrooms. Beautiful! We loved it! Leeza couldn't have been more helpful! We have already booked for next year!
We rented this condo for almost three months this past winter. Cons: there is no view. The bedrooms view is a chain link fence and bushes. The front is a brick wall with a metal staircase everyone uses. You can hear the people above you walking and using the bathroom. The kitchen had 5 dinner plates. The pots and pans were all old. The pool is unheated. The grills are old and filthy. The closest beach is 3 miles away. There is no way to take a bus there. Pros: Yes, the deck is nice, but you are sharing it with the dogs who use the grass in it. This condo was very overpriced for the value.
The location of this property is perfect; St. Pete Beach is a mile away and public transportation is plentiful and frequent. The shopping is first rate. But the best part of this rental for us was dealing with Leeza and Bob. They were attentive to our needs and very quick to respond. The only downside was parking; there is just one space per unit and no street parking at all. Leeza and Bob have put a lot of care and effort into making this condo the best it can be and their pride in it shines through. The grounds are well groomed and maintained; the views are of the bay and quite beautiful. Even though the space is under 1000 sq. ft., the rooms are spacious and well appointed. In all, this is a perfect getaway.
