Adjacent the historic Empress Hotel, one block from inner harbor walkways, the 155 air-conditioned residences at the Falls provide superior condominium living with European Schiffini kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, granite counters and back splash, stainless steel Bosch, AEG and Leibherr appliances with gas cooking. The units are accented with dark Walnut hardwood flooring, tall ceilings with floor to ceiling glazing. Bathrooms feature ceiling-high limestone and frameless glass and a cast-iron bathtub. Building security features the same high standard requiring fob access to floors and underground parking. In addition The Falls has a workout room, meeting room, and seasonal pool and hot tub with shower facilities and gathering areas with an outdoor wall fireplace. All the amenities you will need to have a complete home away from home.

Our north tower residence is referred to as the 'Gallery Suite' offering 1407 sf ft, two bedroom plus den and 2 and one half bathrooms, on the seventh floor. Upon entering, the gallery provides double access to the morning balcony (294 sq ft East) with garden views, and access to the den and laundry facilities. The bedrooms are at opposite ends of the condominium, the Master bedroom (king bed) faces West and the second bedroom (queen bed) faces East. Each bedroom provides luxurious, full bathroom facilities, walk in closets, marble counters, and black out curtains for easier sleeping. As well, there is a third washroom. The well-appointed den provides access to another sleeping opportunity in a quiet area, well-appointed, across from the morning balcony. The evening balcony (110 sq ft West) is located off the living room with City and Empress views. The spacious living room has a fireplace and wall mounted television with sound bar, woofer, all Bluetooth enabled, allowing you to listed to your favorite music. The open-concept, fully-equipped kitchen includes a 5 x 9 ft granite island, ample pot lighting, stainless appliances and ceiling high range hood, and two 8 ft pot drawers. All cupboards and drawers are soft close for your convenience and, of course, stocked with the necessities for cooking great meals. We have furnished our unit with a mid-century, modern flair. The furniture features walnut in the bedrooms, and in the den with a beautiful walnut desk. The full dining table has a walnut base, glass top and six leather chair. To complete the surroundings with a home-like feel, we have added original art - watercolors, and original prints from 18th century astronomy to modern art - to every room and hallway. We offer 111 cable television channels, 60 music channels, Netflix, Wi-Fi computer access, and phone for local calls or greeting guests at the front door.

The Falls, is a luxury 155 unit residential condominium located in the heart of Downtown. Our unit offers Falls luxury and the uniqueness of our 'Gallery Suite'. The enjoyment begins when you step off the elevator on the 7th floor, turn left and walk out into our almost private entrance. Our 1407 sq ft, two bedrooms plus den, three washroom residence features a gallery hall accessing a morning balcony to the East, as well as a evening balcony to the West, overlooking the historic Empress Hotel. Beautiful Condo. Great Location

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location is right in the heart of downtown Victoria and we could walk everywhere, with the exception of Butchart Gardens, of course. The place had "everything", it was well stocked and very clean.

Excellent Choice

We loved our stay at this well appointed condo. All my interactions prior to our vacation where quick and easy. I communicated with both David and John and all things from payment to arranging key pickup with Diane the concierge were incredibly easy. Diane took us through all areas of the condo to make sure we were familiar with every area. Also the condo is incredibly well appointed. They have everything you could possibly need including all the basic spices for cooking and a few condiments. These are things we have had to buy in the past. The location can't be beat! I've stayed in Victoria before so I knew this would be the perfect area and it was. What made the condo even bette was the ease with the Howell family and key pickup and drop off. We will definitely rent again if we need a space this size

Great Condo

We stayed here for 3 nights recently and would highly recommend this condo. The place was well stocked, clean and a great location to take in all the sights and restaurants of Victoria. The owners were great to deal with as was the concierge. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. We hope to be back soon, and will definitely be recommending this condo to friends and family.

Awesome condo, Great downtown location!

Owners were excellent to deal with and great service from the concierge with easy check-in and checkout. Very spacious with 2 great balconies - very clean and modern, comfortable beds. All amenities are accurately described in the listing. The only thing we missed was having a BBQ available. We would definitely stay at this condo again and would recommend to others.

Beautiful condo, very well stocked and perfectly located in an upscale building. Excellent gym and swimming pool. Located right behind the Empress hotel so accessible (and walkable) to everything. Owner's property manager recommended our whale watching tour and got us a discount - the tour company was superb and we saw tons of orca. Very responsive owners. Highly recommend

Perfect Condo and Perfect Location

We spent a wonderful week in this great condo. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Everything we could have needed was there for us. Plenty of room for 2 couples. The owners are very responsive to questions.

The location was great! Walked to the harbor and most places we wanted for meals. Cora's, across the street for breakfast. The Sticky Wicket is next door as well.

Spent time on the balconies and at the pool/hot tub. We did rent a car for a couple of road trips. The parking garage was and adventure but it worked out well for us.

I highly recommend this condo!
