Located, in the heart of Downtown Victoria, our 2 Bedroom + den in "The Falls" offers a premium location for Victoria activities. Adjacent the historic Empress Hotel, one block from inner harbor walkways, the 155 air-conditioned residences at the Falls provide superior condominium living with European Schiffini kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, granite counters and back splash, stainless steel Bosch, AEG and Leibherr appliances with gas cooking. The units are accented with dark Walnut hardwood flooring, tall ceilings with floor to ceiling glazing. Bathrooms feature ceiling-high limestone and frameless glass and a cast-iron bathtub. Building security features the same high standard requiring fob access to floors and underground parking. In addition The Falls has a workout room, meeting room, and seasonal pool and hot tub with shower facilities and gathering areas with an outdoor wall fireplace. All the amenities you will need to have a complete home away from home.

Our north tower residence is referred to as the 'Gallery Suite' offering 1407 sf ft, two bedroom plus den and 2 and one half bathrooms, on the seventh floor. Upon entering, the gallery provides double access to the morning balcony (294 sq ft East) with garden views, and access to the den and laundry facilities. The bedrooms are at opposite ends of the condominium, the Master bedroom (king bed) faces North and the second bedroom (queen bed) faces South. Each bedroom provides luxurious, full bathroom facilities, walk in closets, marble counters, and black out curtains for easier sleeping. As well, there is a third washroom. The well-appointed den provides access to another sleeping opportunity in a quiet area, well-appointed, across from the morning balcony. The evening balcony (110 sq ft West) is located off the living room with City and Empress views. The spacious living room has a fireplace and wall mounted television with sound bar, woofer, all Bluetooth enabled, allowing you to listed to your favorite music. The open-concept, fully-equipped kitchen includes a 5 x 9 ft granite island, ample pot lighting, stainless appliances and ceiling high range hood, and two 8 ft pot drawers. All cupboards and drawers are soft close for your convenience and, of course, stocked with the necessities for cooking great meals. We have furnished our unit with a mid-century, modern flair. The furniture features walnut in the bedrooms, and in the den with a beautiful walnut desk. The full dining table has a walnut base, glass top and six leather chair. To complete the surroundings with a home-like feel, we have added original art - watercolors, and original prints from 18th century astronomy to modern art - to every room and hallway. We offer 111 cable television channels, 60 music channels, Netflix, Wi-Fi computer access, and phone for local calls or greeting guests at the front door.

Perfect Home Away From Home

Ideally located in downtown Victoria, this condo is not only very comfortable but also well appointed, including a very selective variety of artwork. There are an abundance of restaurants, attractions and shops nearby, but if you prefer time "at home", the kitchen is extremely well equipped, and the condo is simply very comfortable... play board games, work on a jigsaw puzzle, watch movies or read! The concierge is a wonderful lady who is willing to answer any questions. I highly recommend this VRBO location!

This was a great stay in this wonderfully laid out condo. It was clean and had everything to keep it clean throughout our stay. The condo has every thing you might need, with very good quality kitchen appliances. Great thought went into supplying it with everything that you may need, even with small items. Beds were very comfortable accompanied with great bedding. Very good supply of towels and extra bedding. Modern lighting with a full up to date line-up of TV channels to relax on a cool indoor day. This secured building has a very unique design with a lot of glass and outdoor relaxing decks. Great walking area, close to everything this beautiful city, Victoria, has to offer. Dave, the condo owner was very pleasant to deal with and took the time to answer any questions or concerns. Diane is the greeting lady that also makes sure that the condo is clean and supplied. She went out of her way to make our check-in and check-out very accommodating and is a friendly person if you require more information. You won't be disappointed if you make this your home for your vacation. We will be enjoying this condo again.

Beautiful Downtown Condo

We, a party of four, thoroughly enjoyed your beautiful condo. We were within walking distance to all of the downtown sites - this was a definite bonus! The underground parking, exercise facilities, and fantastic views of the Empress Hotel - not to mention the fireplace and ultra cozy atmosphere - made all of us feel right at home. The upscale kitchen as well as the full size washer and dryer were indeed welcome features. Special mention to Diane, the wonderful property manager, who helped make our stay outstanding.

Great introduction to HomeAway for Girlfriends' getaway

I brought with me 3 friends to stay in the hub of Victoria's Down Town Inner Harbour location. 2 friends have never stayed outside of a hotel and discovered what a joy it is to have space and amenities that broaden one's visiting experience. Although we really only used the condo for breakfast and snacks for eating - it offered such a great location to try some terrific eateries so close. From Rebar (a vegetarian restaurant), to Bard's and Bankers (a pub full of quaint nooks and corners for visiting), to Pagliacci's (an unbelievable Italian restaurant - walk in only). Truly a great location to so many wonderful finds. Looking to for an inspirational Knitting and Needle craft store, book stores or boutique shopping -- it is all there! Thank you Howells and to Diane for making us feel welcome.
