Good cabin for two people

  • 4 of 5

We got to meet Sierra(wife & owner) and one of her kids; very friendly folks. The shower is the best part of the cabin - it's amazing! Wi-Fi is almost non-existent; it's very weak and kicks you off often. All appliances are newer and work well. The queen bed is very comfortable and facilitates great sleep. It's proximity to the Two Medicine entrance to GNP is convenient. There are a plethora of close-by restaurants and shops. Would suggest marking out parking for vehicles since none exist. There is no unobstructed view of the mountains. Didn't run the A/C due to cooler temps, but the ceiling fan proved to be a real asset. Overall, it's a great value for your GNP experience.

Great Base Camp for East Glacier/Two Medicine/St Marys and Many Glacier

  • 5 of 5

Great Base Camp for East Glacier/Two Medicine/St Marys and Many Glacier. Located right in East Glacier so it is very convenient for a few restaurants and shops and only a short drive into the east side of the park. The place is very clean and has all the amenities that you would need.

A clean, comfortable and cozy cabin with great views

  • 5 of 5

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It was roomy, well appointed and had a pleasant feel. It is conveniently located. There are many fine restaurants close by and Glacier Park is almost a stone's throw away. Jason and Sim are wonderful hosts and very helpful. There is no doubt that when we return to East Glacier we will stay at this property again.

Perfect and luxurious base camp for Glacier NP tri

  • 5 of 5

Jason has renovated these lovely cabins with updated finishes, including heated floors and gorgeous walk in showers. Fully stocked kitchen to enjoy meals at home. Fresh-picked veggies from the garden much appreciated!

The view of the mountains is spectacular.

We loved being on "the other side of the tracks" in East Glacier. Lovely walkable neighborhood away from the touristy side of town. Wonderful community with really good restaurants and the world's best pie bakery. Don't miss Two Medicine Grill for breakfast and Serranos for dinner.

The drive to the East Glacier side of the national park is as beautiful as the Going to the Sun Road.

These cabins would be perfect for a family vacation or gathering. We enjoyed the peaceful setting for our romantic getaway

Awesome

  • 5 of 5

This place was great! Everything was brand new - we found out that Jason is a contractor and he has done an incredible job with this cabin. There was more than enough room for our family of five (3 boys, ages 11, 10 & 7). The bed was comfortable and the pullout couch worked out well for the kids. The overall design of the place was very smart - there were hooks where they were needed and bin storage as well. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the bathroom (specifically the shower) was great. There are three other rental properties on the property, and each one looks top notch. The property is a couple of minutes from Glacier's Two Medicine entrance. We would stay there again in a heartbeat, and I recommend it to anyone looking to explore Glacier National Park. In a word: Awesome.

Does not fit four persons...

  • 2 of 5

Inside the cabin there was only one very small varnished wooden table with two chairs. We could not eat comfortably with four in the house. Not only because of the small table and two chairs, but also there was not much room left when the couch was set up. Also the small deck only has room for 2, with the two chairs.

We also have comment on the couch. It really doesn't sleep comfortably. You can feel the iron springs.

To us this is not a one bedroom cabin. We have never had a cabin before that says 'one bedroom' and not having it. Your cabin is one open space that sleeps four. If we had known this we would not have chosen this cabin. So we really suggest you to adjust this in your description.

It sleeps four, but with one small sink and no door between the bathroom and the living/sleeping area AND with the small table with two chairs AND with no room left if you are with 4 in the cabin, this is really not a cabin for four persons. But it certainly fits 2 persons and is very enjoyable for 2 and a good base to visit two medicine Lake (east glacier). So if you are with two, we would recommend this.
