This NEW seventh-floor Penthouse has breathtaking views and one of the best locations on Estero Island. Located between Sanibel and Naples and situated at the south end of the island, just off of Big Carlos Pass, you have boat access and beautiful views of the Gulf and back bays. The building is located directly on the waterfront overlooking scenic Fish-Tale Marina.

Dramatic 11-foot ceilings give you the warm and open feeling you deserve on your extended vacation. Beautiful diamond-laid 17-inch tile throughout, including the 10-foot x 14-foot screened lanai. Huge master suite with king-size bed also has direct access to the lanai.

Master bath is large as well with double bowl sink, private toilet room, and an enormous shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds that can combine to make a king, and a separate full bathroom. The convertible sofa can sleep two as well.

All appliances and furniture are brand new and top shelf, so you can relax without worry. With only 56 units in Palm Harbor Club, you can take a refreshing dip in the heated pool or relax in the hot tub without that crowded feeling you get at resorts.

Everything else is just steps away from your front door, including the widest stretch of white sand beach on the island just across the street. Shopping, groceries, bank, restaurants, golf, tennis, bocce ball, fishing, and shelling are all right here for you to enjoy. There is even a movie theater within walking distance that serves food, wine and beer while you watch the newest releases.

Our two boat slips are a rental option based on availability. Boat rentals and fishing equipment are available right next door at the Fish-Tale marina. Bike, moped, and other general rental services are located adjacent in the quaint Santini Shopping Plaza, along with plenty of novelty and shell stores. For those with medical needs, there is an CVS Pharmacy and a medical center within easy walking distance.

Want to save the cost of a rental car? Take a limousine or shuttle service from the airport and make use of the trolley that runs up and down Estero Blvd. from Bonita Springs to Downtown Fort Myers Beach for only 50 cents a ride!!! The unit is located just four miles from downtown Fort Myers Beach, so a short trip gets your right into the center of the action. If you do have a vehicle, convenient outside parking is provided just steps from the secure gated side entrance.
