This awesome Sand Point beach unit has a full kitchen and sleeps six guests on two queens and a sleeper sofa. Plus each bedroom has its own private access to a full Jack-n-Jill tub/shower bath, so it's a great setup for one or two couples with or without children. And at only $200/night, it's definitely the least expensive way for a group of six to stay in Sand Point

In fact you'll only be a mile from the downtown area. The neighborhood offers a relatively large private pool and hot tub area exclusive to Sand Point plus a VERY SHORT private boardwalk and path over the dunes so there's no hiking or driving necessary from a home you just thought was going to be close to the beach. If you've ever stayed elsewhere you know what I'm talking about, but even if you don't have first hand experience in what I'm saying, why chance it? Sure most places have a coffee maker, and maybe a toaster but do they also have a blender, can opener, shrimp deveiner and remote controls that actually work? And are they fully stocked with complete cookware, dinnerware, glassware and silverware along with complete bedding linens and towels for the number of guests the home accommodates, as well as brand name dish soap, Tide laundry detergent, body wash, dishwashing detergent, coffee filters, trashbags, paper towels and Charmin toilet paper all purchased by moms that care, for moms that care? They put the Treat in Retreat

Absolutely wonderful place to stay! Came down with a few of my girl friends for a weekend and fell in love with this gem. We had 3 medium sized dogs and not only was Matthew accommodating but it was reasonably priced as well. This house is also very close to the beach making it easy to move all your beach things without a car and be able to walk back and forth throughout the day. Place was clean and had every amenity, including extra chairs and beach things in the garage. After a long day at the beach the hot tub and pool were an excellent way to relax. My friends and I were so happy with our stay that we more than once joked about living there. Will definitely be back.

Great House, love the boardwalk!

We have older dogs that can't climb stairs and it's hard to find a rental on the ground level that is pet friendly. This rental fits the bill. The walk to the beach is a very short walk, which is hard to find. The apartment is well maintained and very clean. There is plenty of outdoor furniture and patio areas to sit and enjoy the sea breezes and the pool is just steps away for the front door. The neighborhood is quite and beautiful. I highly recommend this rental and will definitely stay here time and time again.

A few small suggestions that would make the stay even better: a large pot for a shrimp boil, more hooks to hang towels, clothes etc., and an ice maker in the freezer.
