Opposite to the advert and disappointed
When we arrived at the villa it was unrecognisable to the photos. Hardly any of the furniture was the same in the property or extremely old and falling apart. It was very quickly highlighted that there was no play area for the children as advertised. This was one of the reason we booked the villa. We had to call the emergency number several times due to power surges and cut outs from the pool pump over running and when we tried to turn the oven on everything else cut out. The cot that was provided folded by the slightest touch and we were afraid to put our baby in this. The beds are extremely uncomfortable, short and have seen better days. A chair collapsed on my husband in the outside area and he hurt his head, luckily it was mild concussion and not requiring hospital treatment. On inspection of the other chairs they were all weak and worn. We were unable to walk on the fake grass in the day time without burning your feet it would have been nicer if that wasn't there. the fridge was constantly leaking and we were having to mop and clean every few hours. There was no furniture on the roof terrace as advertised. There is one key given for the entire household. We were two families and bound by each other due to access in the property, so much so I missed ut on a day out myself as I stayed behind in the villa whilst the two families did different activities but at least someone was there when they returned. It was hard checking in at the property, or sorting out and faults due to the severe language barrier we had with anyone we spoke to with regards to the villa. There was no mid week clean of the property as stated in the advert. There are more negatives than positives with this property and we have been left feeling disappointed and ripped off.

We have consulted the problems that you had in the house and communicated it to our customer service center,
the only comment that we have been able to read, that you informed our customer service department, was that there was no water in the house, and the same day the owner came to check it and repair it, we felt very much the fall that her husband had and we We are glad you are well and it was not anything serious
We have informed our quality department of all these mentioned topics, so that they make a visit to the house and they review everything, to know exactly in what conditions everything is.

Wir alle als Familie empfanden die Finca als wunderschön!
Der Pool wurde alle 3 Tage von einem Angestellten gereinigt! Sehr aufmerksam!
Einziges Problem: Die Finca läuft unter dem Namen "Ana Belén" und nicht "Cortijo"- dies führte Anfangs zu großen Verwirrungen. Man sollte sich auf nächtliches Hundegebell einstellen :) Allem in einem sehr schön und wir werden wiederkommen!
Séjour très agréable
Séjour très agréable et photos conformes à l’annonce . Petits biscuits d’accueil qui font plaisir à l’arrivée ! Seul petit bémol , découverte de l’ecotaxe à régler sur place la veille de partir ... Mis à part ça nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances en famille !
