Opened in October 2016, this beautiful apartment is undoubtedly an idyllic place to spend a few days in Seville.

We enter to the apartment through a hall, which gives way to his right to a bright living room. Its glass offers a magnificent view of the city crowned with the beautiful image of the Cathedral in the background.

On the right, from the hall, we enter the hallway that leads to the bedrooms, both with twin beds, and one of the bathrooms. The second bathroom, also complete, is en suite at the master bedroom.

The kitchen, very bright thanks to large window, has everything you need to feel at home.

San Pablo Street, lively and with many shops, offers the convenience of accessing walk to the main attractions of the city as it is integrated into the daily lives of Seville as a citizen. With shops, tapas bars and typical shops.

Well located apartment and carefully decorated, perfect to enjoy unforgettable days.

In the entrance you have 7 steps and then you get to the lift

A great base in Sevilla

We loved the apartment, very well equipped with a gorgeous view and comfortable beds. Great having 2 bathrooms and all the amenities were provided. Check-in was thorough and check-out very easy. They helped us find a parking spot in town that wasn't far and 24 hours so we could come and go when we needed. Thanks again for a great stay!

Beautiful VRBO

We truly enjoyed our stay in this lovely VRBO. The location was perfect as we like to walk, and this place was fairly close to the things we planned to see. We had a vehicle that we parked in the underground, on- sight lot, but we paid more for this parking as the VRBO's parking agreement was with another parking garage further away. We were too tired to try and find the other parking lot. The pictures are true to life.

Wonderful flat, great location!

This apartment is beautiful! Very clean and comfortable with everything you could possible need and more - home from home! It is situated in a very central location - 5 mins walk from Plaza Nueva and 10 mins from the Cathedral also very handy for crossing the river to Triana.

There is a fantastic supermarket next door in the basement of Il Cortes Ingles and lots of little cafes round about for morning coffee etc.

We would highly recommend staying here.

Nos recibió una muchacha muy agradable. La localización es muy buena. No dejaron ni agua en la nevera, una sola toalla por persona para toda la estadía. Entiendo cosas básicas como un papel toalla, más de un rollito de papel sanitario y agua, serían cosas económicas que le facilitan la vida al viajero. El apartamento está limpio y las camas adecuadas. Entiendo deben explicar que el apartamento está justo al lado del Corte Inglés, ya que hay un polígono con el mismo nombre de la calle y nos perdimos para llegar.

Well appointed apartment with stunning views

The apartment is bright sunny, well decorated and with stunning views over the cathedral and old town. The accommodation is secure, being situated in a modern block with concierge.

The lounge area is spacious, bright and comfortable.

I would recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to stay in Seville, very close to the centre and all the major points of interest including Triana.

A couple of small improvements I would suggest. In the non en-suite shower room, the shower base is above the level of the floor, and does not run into the drain. There is no barrier, therefore the water runs onto the floor making the whole area very slippery and hazardous. Very hard to avoid this. Similarly in the well appointed kitchen there is no drainage area around the sink leading to water running over the worktop.

Two minor complaints only, and if I were to go back to Seville I would seek out this apartment.
