Location, location, location! This large penthouse is in the Heart of Waikiki, right in the beautiful new Beachwalk dining area. Only 75 yards from the sparkling sands of world-famous Waikiki Beach, incredible views await your pleasure from our two large lanais (balconies). Enjoy your coffee watching the sunrise from one lanai, and sip on a cocktail watching the stunning sunsets from the other. The Hilton's Friday night fireworks can be seen perfectly from the master bedroom lanai. It's pretty magical to be sitting on your lanai with the fireworks lighting up the sky in front of you!

Our guests are the only ones on the 28th floor and there's only a one bedroom penthouse on the floor below, so all the other guests are two floors down. No listening to late night conversations from your neighbors!

This 1100 sq ft 2 bedroom condo is only one building back from the beach - you simply walk past the Halekulani or the Outrigger Reef, and your feet are in the sand within a few minutes.

Our building is surrounded by high end hotels such as the Halekulani , Trump Tower, Sheraton Waikiki, and Outrigger Reef, so you know we're in the best location!

The photos above are current and show the excellent condition of the penthouse. The main photo you see with the rainbow in it was taken from my camera and has not been photoshopped. What you see is what you get!

Better value for money than staying in a hotel room, you can prepare your meals in the full size kitchen when you’re not dining in one of the many great restaurants that are within a short stroll. An ABC convenience store and a Denny's casual restaurant are located on the bottom floor of the building.

There are flat screen TVs with cable in both bedrooms, and the 2nd bedroom can be set up to have 2 twin beds or one king bed, depending on your preference.

PLEASE NOTE that one flight of stairs must be climbed to reach the penthouse, so those with mobility issues may prefer to stay in another property.

We offer our guests FREE PARKING in our self-parking space. We also offer FREE Wi-Fi, as an added bonus.

Guests are free to enjoy the rooftop pool and the Jacuzzi, plus the use of Owners Lounge on the 26th floor. Relax and enjoy the spectacular panoramic views from the Lounge, shoot some pool there, or have use of the computers.

Additional amenities include 24 hour check-in, bell service, valet parking, and an activity desk . No Smoking, thanks.

Why Suzie chose Waikiki

After staying at the Imperial as guests in one of the private condos, we were so impressed with the whole process and how we were welcomed by the staff, that we decided to buy our own little spot in Paradise.

What makes this condo unique

What's not to love about the location of our place?! In a matter of minutes, you can have your toes in the sand on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, or you can be sipping a Mai Tai at one of many great restaurants.

World-class shopping is a couple of blocks away, as well as easy access to just about everything else!

It was a great place and perfect location!

We enjoyed the condo. The staff at the Imperial were wonderful including the valet group. The place was very clean and had what we needed for our stay. Elevators weren't bad since you have to go to the top. Nice and private and stairs weren't bad at all. Window air conditioners worked well in all rooms and it was warm on our visit. The bathroom could use a fan since it didn't have AC. The view was AMAZING. You could see sunrise and sunset if you wanted. So many places to eat and shop right across the street and the beach is only a tiny walk across the other street. Thanks for sharing your place.

Oasis in the Sky

This penthouse is just as described and pictured. Although the building itself is not new or spacious (majority of the Waikiki buildings are not new and rather tight from a U.S. mainland perspective), the penthouse is very well kept and makes smart use of the available space to be bright, airy and comfortable. There are so many eating places and stores nearby, we felt we were in the middle of midtown Manhattan with a beach. We had a front row seat watching the Hilton Friday night firework from the master room balcony (no need to go to the Owners Lounge). We rented a car (and not having to worry about parking was definitely a blessing) and made great use of it to explore the island. Suzie provided many wonderful suggestions both before arrival and in the penthouse on things to do, places to eat and sights to see (yes, she IS wonderful and responsive as already mentioned in many other reviews). Knowing the area has terrible traffic, we planned ahead (drive out early & return late) and were almost able to avoid getting stuck in traffic entirely (still could be slow but at least was moving). The staff in the building was friendly, helpful and punctual in addressing a few minor maintenance issues while we were there. The elevators could get a bit noisy when sleeping in the master bedroom but it wasn't a big problem for us. Although we did not get a chance to use them, there were beach chairs, umbrellas and other toys in the closet in the penthouse. Overall, this penthouse was an oasis for us after being out and about exploring the island. The young and the old in our traveling party would give two thumbs way up! Enjoy.

Amazing View. A ton of space in the unit and very close to everything.

Loved it, will only be staying here from now on whenever we come back to Waikiki. Suzie was easy to work with and answered all my questions quickly. The view was amazing from the 2 balconys and also from the owners lounge that we had access too.

We really enjoyed our stay in Waikiki. The penthouse worked perfectly for the four of us. We had everything we needed. The beach chairs and umbrella were a luxury.

Amazing

This is a truly lovely apartment with everything you need for a special holiday with a family. Susie is very personable and so easy to deal with. Staff are excellent. Would definitely recommend. We will be back and wouldn't want to stay anywhere else!

We are currently unable to take payments via the Homeaway/VRBO website because we reside outside of the US (we're hoping Homeaway changes this!), so our guests all make payments to us directly.

Once booked, our guests will be scheduled to receive automated payment requests from Homeaway, so at the time of booking I will go into the system and cancel their future invoices from them. The reason for this is that our guests have tried to pay that invoice via Homeaway, and then are confused when they can't see how to do it. To save our guests wasting their time, I'll cancel invoices from Homeaway and will communicate with guests directly regarding payments.
