Perfect size for 4 people. Enjoyed the short walk to the water and the accessibility to peninsula market.

The property was very dirty and run down. Smelled awful. Filthy torn carpet. Area rugs were disgust

Overall Impression. Filth.smelled awful. Dirty torn carpets, filthy rugs. There was blood or some bodily material on the beds. There was critter excrement all over the toilet which hadnt been cleaned in a while. There was mildew and mold all over the shower curtain. The refrigerator had a shelf guard made of a cheeze-its box. Beds are the old spring mattress so Every time one person moved on the bed, you woke up from the sqeeking.

We had to stay as we had two dogs and couldnt find another place to take them. We were there on business. We arrived on Fri at 5 and promptly spent $150 on cleaning supplies Febreeze and new bedding. We returned to clean--- the rags were disgusting, shampoo the carpets, and put on the new linen. While we cleaned, it still grossed us out!

Beautiful view of the lake, close to nice restaurants.

  • 3 of 5

Property was nice but cabin had obviously not been cleaned. No soap in bathroom, shower curtain and fans filthy, food on floor in kitchen. Some of the dishes were dirty.

Cute little cabin

  • 5 of 5

Loved the location - close to coffee, market, a few restaurants. Cabin was tidy and close to the lake. A tad warm in the afternoons, but the fans helped.

Overall, pretty nice place.

  • 4 of 5

The cabin literature states the boat dock is available from April 15. It wasn't available for us on May 2! The bbq grill lighter didn't work and required manual lighting. A couple of light bulbs were out in the kitchen.
