Dear guest, Welcome to our penthouse. We hope you really enjoy your stay here and we will do our best to make it so. As you know, this apartment will be for your private use during your booked dates, nevertheless we have some rules that we ask you to respect: •Clean towels are provided upon your arrival. You may ask for a towel change after a reasonable time if you consider it necessary. •Clean sheets, also provided upon arrival, may be changed upon request after a reasonably time. •Shampoo and bath gel are provided. These are also for the next guest so, please do not take them away. •Please, be respectful with the electricty and water consumption as if you were in your own house. We kindly ask you to be careful and leave the apartment in a tidy condition after use. Make sure you have turned off the A/C and all the devices after your departure. •We have prepared and cleaned the apartment especially for you. We would appreciate it if you are respectful towards the cleanliness, order and care of all the amenities. •Smoking is not allowed except on the terrace. •You can use the internet connection whenever you want. If you need something or you have any queries, just ask us •Concierge: There is a concierge in the building in charge of the order and maintenance of the building. He is not allowed to carry your bags or attent any of your needs as traveller (for example, if you have any problem in the apartment). In this case, you can call to the telephone provided in your booking. Extra services: •Welcome Food Pack (10 eur per person, min 25 eur) You have to know that, at your arrival you will be required to sign a contract with this terms: Guests: Each flat was assigned a maximum number of residents that may not be exceeded for any reason. In the case more guests are staying in the apartment than paid for and stated in this contract and without prior notice, tenants will be immediately removed form the facilities without means for reimbursement of the total amount paid including security deposit. •Respect of neighbours: You are not allowed to make noise, put music out loud or anything that can disturb your neighbours from 22:00 until 09:00. If for any reason, any neighbour complain about that, travellers may be requested to leave the apartment. Parties: Parties in the apartment and communal areas are strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate expulsion from the facilities without reimbursement of the total amount paid including the security deposit. Film: It is strictly prohibited filming inside or in the terrace of the apartment for commercial use without authorization and is punishable by expulsion with a fine. Keys: 2 sets of apartment keys will be provided. Additional 20eur will be charged per key lost/damaged Cleaning: Clients are expected to leave the flat clean. Dishes, kitchen utensils and other apartment supplies should be cleaned and put away. Dirty areas must be swept. We will charge and additional 15eur for each damaged towel and/or sheet (towels can not be used at the beach). Another cleaning fee will be charged if the condition is not met by the clients. Utilities: We request that our customers be aware of their energy consumption and the environment. For this reason we recommend that you turn off all electrical appliances and lights when you are not in the property and that you do not have windows open when heating or cooling systems are in use. We appreciate your assistance. Liability and Damages: I (the customer) shall be liable for damages caused by me or any of my guests to the apartment or communal area and the cost to repair/replace any damages exceeding the damage deposit amount are payable by me (the customer). Welcomy reserves the right to charge the credit card provided for any excess damages.

We have a wonderful visit to Barcelona, this property is in a good area and it was easy for us to get around the city.

Great location, awesome place
This house is in a great location. The apartment is stylish and modern and had everything we needed. The outside area is perfect for a meal or a glass of wine! Jordi was more than helpful - the stay was everything we could have imagined!

Great location, excellent communication
The property is clean, modern, and well maintained. I did not get to meet Jordi face to face but I told him there was no need. The person cleaning the apartment was present when we arrived and gave us the keys. There is a taxi stand at either end of the block. The metro is half a block. The best way to come and go from Saints station is taxi. There is a bodega directly adjacent to the building. There is one bedroom, it is up a flight of very narrow stairs and closed off by a glass door and a sunshade. There is a pull out couch on the first level with its own bathroom and shower. If you have a significant disability you will not make it up the stairs to the bedroom
When I come back to Barcelona I would consider staying here again. Very safe place, very clean

The terrace was just perfect for morning coffee, afternoon wine, and everything else. The decor is modern and the unit is clean. You are minutes from Casa Mila and Cas Bottla and the Passeig de Garcia. You can get to everything else with a short metro or taxi ride. The property manager, Jordi, was a delight to work with providing everything you need for a great Barcelona visit.
Loved the location, new renovations, and balcony.
This two floor penthouse apartment was newly renovated and beautifully decorated. Very comfortable seating area in living space and comfortable bed upstairs. Bathrooms with showers are now located on both levels. Both are nicely finished and extremely functional. Kitchen is compact but adequate given that we did not prepare large meals here. The balcony has a nice view and large windows which access the balcony offer ample natural light. Unit is located in the heart of the city, right next to a street with dozens of well rated restaurants. The property manager was extremely helpful and friendly. He gave us ideas on restaurants and sites to see during our stay and was very responsive to questions. Only downside of this apartment are the stairs within the unit which are rather steep and narrow and constructed of steel. We did not have any problems with the stairs but young children or people with even minor mobility issues may find them more difficult to navigate. Overall, we would definitely rent this place again during our next visit.
