                              Great on the outside. A little worn out inside.

                              I would echo the previous reviewer on the interior. The inside of the house was somewhat underwhelming. There were multiple things around the house broken or not working well. The house is not well lit. The lights aren’t bright and some didn’t work at all. There is an old ottoman that is falling apart shedding leather everywhere. The fridge made an annoying noise the whole time. However, the outdoor space is great. We loved the pool, the covered patio, and the yard. The pool fence was a big plus for kids. The yard is beautiful. The house is well stocked with kitchen stuff, tv’s and outdoor gear. All of the rooms were comfortable. Overall, it was a pleasant place to stay.

                              We stayed here in February, 2018. While the house is clean and neat, it is dark inside, guest bedrooms are small and one bedroom is accessed thru the laundry room. The pool area is not screened and in addition to constant leaf litter falling into the pool, we also had frogs, lizards, one turtle and two golf balls drop into the pool. The outdoor furniture is uncomfortable and one wooden lounge has no cushion. The house has no screens, so windows and sliding doors must remain closed. The pool area faces west, so there is no morning sun and no afternoon shade. It is difficult to sit by the pool past 3 pm on a sunny day.

                              The kitchen has low end appliances (Sears and Whirlpool) and is sparsely stocked with pots and pans. The furniture is ok, except for a crumbling leather ottoman in the tv room. The ottoman is covered by a ratty blanket.

                              Upon our arrival, many light bulbs were missing, the BBQ tank was empty ( I refilled it), the bikes had flat tires, ( I inflated tires on two bikes), one beach umbrella was broken. The air conditioner stopped working, but was quickly repaired. Mysteriously, we had no water for one half day.

                              The master bath is from the 80’s, complete with mirrored closet doors, shower curtains and thin towels. The shower in the guest bath did not work.

                              The maintenance team was pleasant and responsive and helpful in getting many of these issues addressed.

                              This review was written after an unfortunate guest dispute, should be seen in this light and carefully weighed with all the many 5 star review of previous guests. We had previous guests returning this year and reserving up to 2020 season in advance to secure and enjoy this wonderful home with its great westerly sunset exposure paired with an estate size private lot. Every summer after the high-season rush ends the owner continuously upgrades the house and exchanges any worn items for new ones. It's a great place.

                              We had a wonderful time at this property. The house is very comfortable and nicely furnished. The pool was warm, big, and private and we spent many wonderful hours swimming and enjoying the weather. Also, the location is perfect...good for the beach and restaurants/shops. We had a couple of questions and the property manager returned our calls right away and our damage deposit was returned promptly. I would definitely rent this property again.

                              Our group enjoyed the time spent at this home. Very nice quiet neighborhood, close to shopping and restaurants. The bedrooms are all very nice and perfect size, comfortable beds. Very clean and delightful home. We spent the majority of our time at the beach. The pool at the house was very nice but the outdoor patio furniture was a bit outdated and uncomfortable to relax in. Wooden bench and chairs with only a handful of cushions made it tuff to get comfortable. A nice outdoor set with plenty of seating room to enjoy the pool more thoroughly would score this property a 5 star. I would revisit this property.

                              I feel you pictures are quite misleading. Believed the property was much bigger especially rooms. Not much space to move in the bedrooms. Price was decent but i rented something last year near the beach that was similar in price but much roomier. Will not rent next year. Baseball team comes every year at the same time. Just was not what the five men expected.

                              Thank you for your input. We are glad that you enjoyed the home and found the pricing to be a good value. This home is actually larger than the typical size home of this year-built in the neighborhood. It also sits on an estate sized 100x140 ft lot bordering the Golf Course. The home boosts 2230 sqft under air. The master bedroom is 12x16 and the three guest bedrooms are 12x13, 11x13 and 10x13 respectively. This home also feature an open pool-facing kitchen with family room and breakfast area plus a formal living room with a formal dining area facing the pool as well. The estate sized yard is a rare find in Naples. Managing well over 30 properties in the area, we can confidently state that these are average room sizes.
