This is an ideal location in the center of the Historic District! A block north of Forsyth Park and just one block off of Bull Street which is the center of downtown! Walk to everything from here. Less than a mile to River Street.
Two stories with a King bed upstairs and a Full-size pullout sofa bed in the living room downstairs. A cute and petite, fully equipped kitchen with brick walls is on the first floor by the living room. A bathroom with pedestal sink, granite tiled floors, and shower is located upstairs by the bedroom adjacent to a separate dressing room. Best of all, a private upper porch/balcony accessed from the bedroom and overlooking the courtyard is yours to enjoy.
This charming two-story Carriage House is located within a gated courtyard in the rear of one of Savannah’s noted “Gordon Row” townhomes circa early 1850’s. With access from a gated entrance, this stylish two-story 1BR/1BA apartment has an almost ‘loft-like’ feel. The living room has an open floor plan as does the bedroom on the upper level.
A laundry room with coin-operated washer and dryer is available on site shared between the 5 total rental units in the building. The Carriage House overlooks the bricked and landscaped courtyard shared between the year-round residents and guest at this classic Savannah estate.

-Visitor's parking passes offered through the City of Savannah allow all day parking at meters and are available for $24 per 2-days or $15 per day, purchased at The Savannah Visitors Information Center at 301 Martin Luther King Jr Blvd. (open 8:30-5 & Sat-Sun 9-5) or at Mobility & Parking Services at 100 E Bryan Street (open M-F 8-5). A pass is only needed on weekdays (Mon-Fri) from 8-5. To purchase a visitor's parking pass, you must provide your license plate number/state on the vehicle.
-Parking is free on weekends! No charge for metered parking (and no pass needed) from Friday at 5pm until Monday at 8am.
