The Northstar Village is a charming place to spend any part of ski week but believe me, you want to be IN THE VILLAGE. Not on a shuttle line (which are packed full during this week), not "just outside" the Village where walking is risky as there are no sidewalks.
This is not a typical "rental" as we use our condo almost every other weekend during ski season except for Presidents week when we are at a family reunion. Everything is top of the line-- no need to worry about disgusting mattresses. Our condo was remodeled 2 years ago-- we added every bell and whistle imaginable. Built in-custom queen murphy bed and entertainment center with wii, flat screen, DVD, B/W ceiling speakers, custom kitchenette with built-in micro, under-the-counter built-in paneled refrig, convection toaster oven, instant hot dispenser. Brand new bath with Carrera marble floor and shower---spared no expense. 2 bean bag chairs are also twin mattresses and roll out for 2 kids to sleep.
Our deck looks out the back which is ideal for privacy and noise. We have an internal entry which is what you want with adverse weather/ cold.
Guest passes to the Rec Center which is a 3 minute walk from the condo, are included. This is a fantastic facility with a beautiful fitness center and hot tubs, and a game/ arcade room. Entry is $3 pp.
Parking pass and all utilities (heat, water, TV, internet, cable) included. Laundry one floor up.
In case the calendar is not clear, these are the rental options.
1-2 nights: $600/ night
3-4 nights: $495/ night
5-7 nights: $440/ night
Lastly, our son has severe allergies so our condo is very clean and dust free which is a benefit to anyone who stays. Please please respect our no smoking and no pet policy. We are sorry but any evidence of pets or smoking will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Deposit is $500
