Master bedroom with double bed (zipped and linked), single beds in other bedrooms. Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, new Siemens oven with microwave. A 32” flat screen Sony TV. A new system is installed via broad band providing you with 40 UK BBC, ITV and many other programs as well as a 'catch up' of the last 14 days programs. Digibox with HD Sky Satellite providing you with news programs, sports and movies. channels. DVD, stereo and cassette recorder. We have our own broadband or ADSL which works well instead of the community broadband or WIFI. A safe is now installed for your use. The telephone is available for incoming calls. You can also use the phone for outgoing local calls. Air conditioning/heating included in the rental rates. There is an allocated parking space in the garage. Lifts to all floors directly from the garage.

For bookings of more than one week: 2 hours of maid service and change of bedlinen included. Extra maid service can be arranged at €12.hour. A welcome food pack can be arranged if required.

We can also arrange for golf discounts: In the Puerto Banus and Marbella area there are numerous golf courses as well as tennis clubs and many health and gym centers. In a little more than 2 hours you can ski in the Sierra Nevada. Within about 2 hours you can drive to Granada, Cordoba, Rhonda, Jerez, Cadiz, Seville or Gibraltar.

If you need to hire a car while you are in Marbella for golf trips or to go on excursions to the many attractive and interesting places or to be waiting for you at the airport when you arrive please please note that we can arrange car hire with a car hire company we have used for many years. The same company also collects customers from Malaga airport.

We can also arrange green fees at a reduced rate on most of the major golf courses.

The apartment is constantly being updated and refurbished. The management company does an excellent job in keeping the apartment clean and ready for clients. They are also there to assist you with any information you may need. If you need extra maid service apart from the 2 hours per week that is included in the price - for rentals for more than one week, - this can be arranged for an hourly charge of €11/hour weekdays €12/hour weekends..

The proximity of Puerto Banus and shops, and a cinema complex makes it a popular spot and in spite of being so close to all the action, Andalucia del Mar is a really pleasant and quiet place, set in beautiful and well kept gardens.

Please note that payment can be made in Pounds Sterling to a UK bank account or in Euros to a UK Euro bank account.

Description.: ANDALUCIA DEL MAR is a beachfront complex set in well kept gardens which run down to the beach with two pools. Puerto Banus is within 300 meters, an easy walk, along either the beach promenade or past Playas del Duque. You are close to the many restaurants, shops, bars and even a cinema complex. Adjacent to Andalucia del Mar there is a spa and gym with swimming pool, saunas, Turkish baths, jacuzzi, keep fitness classes, body building as well as beauty treatment salon. You can join at a daily rate or for longer periods. The excellent department store El Corte Ingles is in Puerto Banus and offers superb shopping and a wonderful supermarket with a fresh fish counter that must be seen. Every Saturday you can visit the colourful Market which runs up to Puerto Banus bullring with a wide choice of stalls selling everything from saffron to clothes. From the main pool area, you have direct access to the beach with its many beach restaurants with sun chairs and sun shades to hire. Along the beach there is now a walkway enabling you to walk along the spectacular beach to Marbella and to San Pedro.

We bought our apartment while still living abroad. Over the years we have made numerous improvements updating kitchen, bathrooms and furniture. The apartment is well looked after by a management company who are there to assist you with any questions you have.

We love coming to our apartment and spend some time there several times a year.

Why Inga Harding chose West Costa del Sol

The advantage of Andalucia del Mar is that is on the beach where you find several beach restaurants with chairs and sunshades for rent. Puerto Banus is within about 300 meters and can be reached by a lovely walkway along the beach or you can walk past the adjacent urbanisations down to Puerto Banus. The walkway along the beach has now been extended past San Pedro as well as from the other side of Puerto Banus to Marbella town. The paved walkway makes a wonderful way to exercise or just enjoy the views towards Gibraltar. Only 5 minutes away you have a 12 hour supermarket and El Corte Ingles, one of Spain's best known stores with a wide selection of clothes, shoes, gifts of all sorts and also a Hypermarket. Marbella town is reached in 10 minutes by car. In the area you will find numerous golf courses, gyms and tennis clubs. In the square behind Puerto Banus you will find a cinema offering a choice of the latest films, also in English

What makes this apartment unique

We choose Puerto Banus for our love of Spain and over the years we have been able to visit many of the interesting areas including Ronda, Cordoba, Cadiz, Sevilla and Jerez. The country side is beautiful and it is lovely to see the landscape changing with the seasons.

Great Apartment, Perfect Location

Lovely apartment, all the rooms were a very good size and each room having its own en-suite was ideal as there was six of us. The gardens at the apartment were beautiful and very well maintained and the pool was a good size and never too busy.

The location was perfect, you could exit at the bottom of the gardens and you were right on the beach and only a 5-minute walk along the promenade and you were in the heart of the Marina.

Overall, it was a great holiday and I would recommend the apartment and location to anyone.

Oasis of Calm

We had a wonderful holiday in this apartment in July. The apartment had everything we required to make our stay relaxed and enjoyable Besides myself and my wife there was our daughter her husband and two grandchildren (13&11). We never felt overcrowded and there was loads of balcony space. There are two swimming pools and even in high season they were never overcrowded . Plenty of sun loungers around the pools and dispersed around the gardens.The gardens around the apartment are kept immaculate and lead down to a small gate opening unto the beach and 5 mins stroll to the marina and numerous restaurants.

Inga was very responsive to any questions I had before travelling and there was a local agent to deal with any problems that might arise during our stay,fortunately we hadn't any as all went superbly. We hope to return in the near future. Thanks again Inga

A wonderful apartment in a wonderful location.

The apartment had everything you needed and was very clean. It easily held 6 of us, 2 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 younger children. The gardens are lovely, an oasis by the sea. The pool area was never busy and from there it is a short distance to a wonderful beach just through a secure gate. A bit nearer than I was expecting. It was easy to go between the pool and sea. The apartment complex is obviously upmarket and very relaxed - a mixture of holiday renters and apartment owners.

Puerto Banus and it's many restaurants are a stroll along the beach and there's a boat that goes to and from Marbella on a regular basis.

We hired a car but you could get away without one although it was a bit of a walk to the nearest large supermarket but possible.

We found the Saturday market up the road to the old bull ring very interesting. You're expected to haggle.

The apartment owner, Inga, was very helpful before and after our holiday.

I recommend this apartment highly and I would definitely go there again.

A very clean and well presented property

This is a very comfortable and spotless apartment and we have returned to this property twice as we were so happy with the service and the layout with every bedroom having a bathroom and balcony and another balcony off the lounge. The service manager was on call for any problems but we did not experience any and would highly recommend this place to our friends in Australia. A supermarket is nearby and lots of shops within a short walking distance as do the restaurants. A great board walk as you walk out the back gate on to the beach and 5 mins walk to the marina and high class shops. The owner has been very helpful to us on a personal basis and nothing is too much trouble.

Prachtig appartement in Puerto Banus.

Dit appartement is een echte aanrader!!!!!!!!!!

Wij waren er in 2011 & 2012 op vakantie met 5 volwassenen, jong en minder jong.

We zouden er het ganse jaar kunnen verblijven.

De 3 slaapkamers met bijhorende badkamer geven aan iedereen de perfecte privacy. Het appartement is ruim en de keuken volledig uitgerust. Er is ook een zalig terras, waar je ieder moment van de dag kan genieten. Het appartement is werkelijk zoals beschreven op de site.

Het appartement is rustig gelegen en heeft een privé uitgang direct aan het strand.

De haven van Puerto Banus met al zijn restaurants en winkeltjes ligt op 5 minuten wandelen.

Het contact,via mail, met de eigenaars is perfect en hartelijk.

“Can't wait to be back there again!”

This apartment is everything a holiday home should be, particularly if you're after a relaxing trip in first-rate accommodation. The apartment itself is spacious and welcoming and the balconies with all day sun are perfect for your spending days and evenings relaxing in the sun. All the bedrooms are a good size 3 twin if necessary and the newly refurbished bathrooms are lovely.

With the beach only yards away and puerto banus within 5 minutes walk ,location is perfect. We've rented this apaprtment for about 6 years now and can't wait to return next summer. Inga the owner is great to work with and is always at hand for any advise . All in all 5 star.

With the many excellent golf courses on the Costa, the good news for this year is that we can arrange for golf discounts on most of these golf courses in the area.
