Welcome to Morgan's Vision! A simple, yet comfortable and well-maintained beach cottage. 3 bedroom 2 bathroom. Great screened in front porch with outdoor dining and seating to watch the world go by. Large fenced in rear yard with lawn, and heated Catalina swim spa for 4-season use. Includes 2 adult bicycles, 4 beach chairs, 1 beach umbrella, 1 pull along beach wagon, and corn hole game. Dog friendly! 20 minute walk to beach. 5 minute walk to the shops and restaurants of Rehoboth Avenue accessed close to Dogfish Head Brew Pub. Sleeps 8.

We stayed here from 9/2 thru 9/16 and had great time, despite at least one of us being ill daily. The home itself was very nice and well kept. There were some minor cosmetic issues, but with one email Mike was over and the concerns were corrected. The swim spa was worth the trip, it was used everyday. The property is very pet friendly. Out pets enjoyed the screened in porch and back yard. I would recommend this property and DBR to anybody who wants to vacation in the Rehoboth Beach area.

Nice dog friendly rental

Really enjoyed our stay here. Loved the pet friendly option. We brought two large dogs and had not problem. It was a bit of a walk to the beach but close to Rehoboth Ave. After the first day, we used the parking passes and drove down closer to the beach and parked. It worked great. Spa out back is very really an added feature that most properties don't offer. The area around the property is quiet with not too much traffic. The house itself was nice and had everything we needed. Would stay there again especially if we brought the dogs!

Great location, comfortable stay.

A couple minor issues from being an older house, but nothing major. The place was very comfortable, and a lovely fenced yard for us and our four-legged family member.

Great Location, Great Yard

We had a great time. The location was perfect, place was clean. The cleaning schedule was slightly off when we arrived, as the cleaners were there. But we called the team and they explained the situation. Place was in good order and everything worked as expected. Was a great week overall.

The unit smelled as we entered it. The porch was extremely dirty. The carpet was coming up in certain spots and it had stains all thru it. The spa was dirty and the patio furniture was very rusted to the point one of the legs on the coffee table just snapped off. The backyard was nice considering I have dogs but there were many gaps in the fencing underneath that my dogs were able to go under and get out. The AC was set so high that coming into the house took your breath away, we tried to turn the thermostat down but it would only allow us to go to 72, so we all bought fans. Last thing on two separate occasions people came to cut grass and put chemicals in spa it would have been nice to be notified at least.

Owner's Response: Thanks for taking the time to review our property. We would like to clarify a few items in your review. It sounds as though the cleaning crew missed several key items during their weekly cleaning and we would have happily sent the crew out for a follow up had this been reported as that is our standard procedure in this instance. The coffee table has been replaced as the salt air elements had taken their toll on this piece of furniture. We had the fence folks come out to do an inspection as the owner recently installed new vinyl fencing and reported that all was fine in terms of the installation. Lastly, normal maintenance of grass cutting and spa chemicals are done weekly to keep things trim and clean for our guests.
