Our 3 to 5 Bedroom, 2 to 4 full Bath (depending on configuration) is centrally located making it easy to get to New Orleans' most popular destinations. Sleeps 10 in individual beds in the following bedroom setups: Queen & Full, Queen & Twin, Full & Twin (3-bedroom configuration), add Queen & Full, Queen & Full for 5 bedroom configuration) . For larger groups, please inquire about our sister property. Has an elevated deck that is great for grilling or hanging out. Kitchen is fully equipped and open to living room. Wifi & TV. Washer & Dryer. Bikes & helmets available upon request for a nominal fee. Owner on site to answer questions or offer recommendations on what to check out in New Orleans.

Just off of the very best part of Magazine Street. Great walkable area. All the best Magazine Street shopping, restaurants and bars are super close. The house has everything you need including plenty of towels, linens, kitchen supplies, and we always leave great snacks for you!

The house has a large deck with outdoor grill for great parties. There are lovely beds in each room, with fine linens containing 400 plus thread count. You will enjoy your time in New Orleans.

Great For Groups

This property, or rather properties, were great for our trip. Like other reviews said, it is actually two units, both with the same 3 Bd layout across the street from one another. Both have outdoor decks, and the location is great. The host David was great, going above and beyond to be helpful and make our stay as nice as possible.

I don't understand why some of the other reviews are negative; you are renting exactly what's pictured. It's not luxurious, but it's clean, comfortable and convenient. It was also great for a group. Plenty of space, 6 bedrooms, many more beds and couch space if needed. Would definitely rent for an event again.

Great place, safe neighborhood, a quick uber just about anywhere!

Came here with a group of 8 for a guys weekend. Having two units for us all actually was great since some wanted to chill and some wanted to be up late. Patio on the roof was super nice to have during the afternoons and Uber’s to French quarter or Bourbon street were cheap and easy to come by. David was a great and accommodating host. I would stay here again no problem.

Great rental for our big family. Location is perfect.

This rental was great for our recent trip to New Orleans during Mardi Gras. The house is spacious for our big family and it had everything we needed. The location made it easy to get to and from the parades without having to wait in traffic. The neighborhood is located in a very safe area. The owner was wonderful and was quick to respond to any questions we had.

The Good, Bad, and Ugly

The Good:

Nice location for all kinds of events in New Orleans. Decent neighborhood. Didn't feel unsafe walking after dark.

The Bad:

Beware what you are renting. This is not a house. Rather it is two town homes that are connected. They are very small. Bedrooms have two or three beds, very little closet (storage) space. Upstairs has slanted ceilings. An adult can't stand in the upstairs bathroom, or either of the bedrooms without hitting your head, or having to constantly lean over to get in and out of bed, or use the bathroom.

Bedrooms are similar in size to a college dorm room, with multiple beds.

We searched and rented a 5-bedroom house but ended up with a 3-bedroom that had multiple beds crammed in them. Know up front what you are getting.

Very outdated. Exposed wires. No cover on one wall thermostat. The other was so old that one couldn't read the controls. Almost impossible to set temperature. Not good in dead of winter or summer.

The party deck must be shared with neighbors.

The Ugly

Very dirty. Very obvious the place had not been cleaned. We have submitted pictures to VRBO, and we would add them here if the site would allow pics to be uploaded.

Floors were filthy; microwave had food particles as did the oven. Bathrooms had crud at the baseboards. Stains on the carpet in couple of places. Nobody in our group dared go without shoes inside the unit.

Upon arrival we went to the Walmart around the corner and purchased some cleaning supplies, and cleaned enough on the counters that we could make it bearable. We have pictures of the residue on the chlorox wipes.

Both bathrooms have issues. The bottom floor bathroom toilet is not sealed at the floor. The unit is in danger of falling over at any moment. It could not be used. Because the wax seal is missing, there is a constant presence of sewer smell. Faint, but there. Again, pics have been sent to VRBO

The upstairs bathroom has a broken seat. Care must be taken to use.

In all, if you are looking for a spring break-type place and don't care about ammenities or cleanliness, then this could be for you. I wouldn't take a family there. Again - beware what you are renting, this is NOT a 5-bedroom house. We have rented multiple VRBO properties for several years running. This is by FAR the worst situation we have ever experienced.

Great location. Upstairs deck was the best hangout!

Great time in NOLA. The garden district is very relaxed. Excellent food and bars within walking distance of the property. Property owner is a great host and very helpful enterntainment options.

Wonderful

Great location, clean, and a wonderful host. David was very nice and friendly. As with most places, this is in a residential area, so don't expect to get loud. Walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants on Magazine St. and a short uber/taxi to the French Quarter and other parts of town. I would definitely come here again.

Enjoy shopping and restaurants along Magazine Street, take a streetcar ride to the French Quarter, or take a tour of the New Orleans Lager and Ale brewing company. Walking distance from the top New Orleans attractions. Convenient to the Superdome, Convention Center, and the French Quarter.
