We can offer you traditional B&B accommodation at our beautiful, recently-renovated, historic watermill which dates back to the eighteenth century.
Situated in a nature reserve in the magnificent Jurançon wine region of the Pyrénées Atlantique, southwest France, between the mountains and the sea, Au Moulin 1771 comprises 2,5 acres of mature woods and gardens, through which a picturesque river flows.
The Au Moulin 1771 B&B rooms (Chambre A and Chambre B), are located in the mill house.
The guest rooms have authentic wooden beams, a triple aspect overlooking the gardens and countryside and a double bed (160x200cm). The ensuite bathrooms are each equipped with a large shower and a heated towel rail.
Chambre B: 27m2 is a double room.
Our baby-and-toddler set includes a cot, bedding, a high chair and a changing mat free of charge.
Guests are free to use the reception area with its large cosy fireplace and a porch designed as a smoking area. Additionally, they are invited to enjoy the fabulous gardens.
The breakfasts are served either in the reception room or, alternatively, in the courtyard, and include a choice of either:
• continental breakfast (le petit déjeuner), 7,50€,
• full-English breakfast, 12,50€.
We also offer a three-course welcoming meal (to be served upon arrival,22,50€). It can be ordered at the
booking stage or prior to the arrival date.
Please note that the basic price for the room (payable at booking) does not include breakfast and local tourist tax (0.40€ / person / day).
