We use the property often as well as donate the property to our church, the Veterans, Alzheimer's Association, and the Esophageal Cancer charities. Kerry & Pam Bell purchased this chalet in 2005

Why Kerry & Pam Bell chose Jasper

Big Canoe is a very large resort so many visitors want to be close to the amenities. The Tree House Treasure is located within walking distance to the main amenities of Big Canoe, including the the state of the art fitness center, indoor and outdoor pools, beach, water slides, indoor and outdoor tennis facilities, Community Center and the Chapel. Our "Tree House" is one of the closest properties to all these wonderful amenities- only 1/2 mile to all the fun, and if you want to get a little exercise you can do! Many properties in Big Canoe have very limited parking, some 3, 4 or 5 bedroom have only 2 parking spaces! However for you and your guests while visiting you will have the convenience of 5 to 6 parking space at our location!

What makes this chalet unique

Our Tree House offers privacy, great views, and a very close in location. Walking distance to the main amenities and a 3/4 miles form the Marina. Our huge deck sits above one of the main deer pathways and they (and wild turkeys and an occasional bear) walk by on a daily basis. Sit on the deck with your morning coffee and watch the sunrise between two mountain peaks.

Guestbook comments from the owner

We purchased this lovely & unique mountain getaway to escape the hectic city life and enjoy the beauty of Big Canoe. Privacy yet all the amenities within a mile. Our first stay was incredible as are all of our visits. Unfortunately we have jobs, school for the kids, soccer, choir, church functions, music lessons, tennis, track, wrestling, PTA, etc. etc. Fortunately, for our guests to be, this offers open calender time. Take advantage of our busy schedule and make your reservation. We're sure you'll love our secret hiding place!!

240 Treetopper Circle

  • 5 of 5

We stayed at 240 Treetopper Circle for 3 days. House is an octagon shaped house 2 bedroom 2 bath. House is beautifully furnished and has everything you’ll need for a wonderful Big Canoe vacation. The beds are very comfortable and everything was super clean. The house has beautiful views of Lake Pettit, and surrounding mountains. I liked sitting on the desk with a hot cup of coffee and watch the sunrise over the mountain. The house is very close to all Big Canoe amenities. You’ll have a wonderful stay. Recommended.

Loved it so much we are buying our own home in Big Canoe!

  • 5 of 5

Beautiful home, perfect for a short-term stay in the lovely Big Canoe development. Everything was perfect, and the hosts were very gracious with their time and provided enough information to make our stay a delightful mini-vacation! Home is well maintained and very comfortable for 2-4 adults. Everything you need for a relaxing stay is provided including a wonderful selection of Keurig coffee pods. Big Canoe is an outdoor lovers paradise and we are on our way to becoming property owners ourselves. Until then we look forward to visiting this Tree House Treasure again!

Great treetop home for getaway weekend!

  • 5 of 5

The place was as described and was fully stocked. We really enjoyed the big deck for relaxing and enjoying the great weather we had. The owners recommended the Friday night seafood buffet and live music at the clubhouse. Great recommendation and we had a great time! Notice some of the steps were replaced on the way to the home which made for sure footing. Lighting at night was well done. Would definitely recommend!
