Be on of the first to enjoy my second home in Palm Springs! This is stylish 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo located in the south end Phase II Biltmore condo is the perfect getaway! Close proximity to local favorite destinations such as Koffi South, Appetito, ACE Hotel, Smoketree Ranch, Smoketree Commons and the bus stop that zips you downtown. All of the unit's glass door sliders lead to the private courtyard entry in this two bedroom gem. Each bedroom is located opposite the living room, kitchen and dining room.
Never lived on tile throughout entire unit plus contemporary remodeled bathrooms top to bottom. Fully air conditioned and heated.
Kitchen offers gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator plus attractive quartz countertops. Kitchen is fully equipped with programable coffee maker, toaster, blender, mixing bowls, utensils, etc.
There is a 48' flat screen TV wall mounted in the living room. A bluetooth stereo, wireless internet access is also included. There is also a TV in the master bedroom and both TV's have cable. Phone line with unlimited long distance calls to the US and Canada.
Direct ramp access from the parking lot to the unit is a benefit only the bottom corner units enjoy. The ramp is wheelchair accessible. There is a small (2) seater bistro table and chair on the front east facing patio for you to have a coffee and enjoy the morning sun. The pool is located on the west side of the building, just steps away...
Each bedroom consists of a comfortable queen size bed, with brand new bedding, side table, and dresser. Each bedroom has it's own adjacent bathroom - master bedroom has a double sink and each restroom is upgraded with full glass shower. Bedrooms have bluetooth sound system and alarm clock. Bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fan.
I have spent a lot of time and money making this a comfortable place to have as my second home, I invite you to share it with me! This is a quiet, non-partying complex, the tenants are mostly retired and take great pride in the grounds and facility and I would like to ensure we do the same.

Great location, close to downtown, desirable area and convenient. Close to shops and great restaurants and quiet complex.
We enjoyed the condo and the pools. Everything was conveniently located with shopping and the Buzz bus close by. My husband liked all of the channels for the tv and it was very close to golfing. There was some noise with the trash shoot being so close by. The fun part was having the famous Palm Springs winds come up and having lemons drop from the trees. They were the best lemons I have ever tasted.
Newly renovated, Very clean and uncluttered with everything to make for a wonderful stay. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and excellent showers! Lemon tree in front sitting area. Lovely warm pool and spa. Well kept grounds with lots of fruit trees. Squeezed fresh orange juice every morning! Close to old Palm Springs and places like Merlyns and the Parker. We stayed for a month and thoroughly enjoyed every minute.
I stayed here with my Wife and daughter and it was an excellent place to stay. This will be the first place I stay again in the future when I am in Palm Springs!!!
The unit has been very recently renovated, is clean and well appointed with a good selection of kitchen utensils, towels, bedding, and kitchen appliances, vacuum, and cleaning items. "Downtown" Palm Springs is a ½ to 3/4 hour walk. The pool and hot tub area is nice and has 3 gas grills. The facility is well maintained. Parking is semi-covered.
