A newly renovated and fully furnished two bedroom vacation/family apartment in the heart of the city.

75 square meters in size, modern apartment, on a high ground floor.

Open plan kitchen, fully equipped with all you need for cooking and eating: oven, stove, microwave and a family size fridge.

Spacious living room with dining area, two comfortable big sofas (single bed size), cable LCD TV.

There are two bedrooms: a master bedroom with a queen size bed, working desk and a very big closet.

The second room has 2 big single beds (can be connected together for double bed), cable TV, big 3 doors closet.

1 shower and toilet en-suit, 1 toilet separate.

The apartment is fully air conditioned also provided: towels, linens, Internet, washing machine and dryer.

The apartment is located at the best location in center Tel Aviv, at the quiet Sirkin Street. Only a few minutes walk from coffee shops, restaurants and shopping centers at Ben Yehuda street, Frishman Street and at Dizengoff Street, and a 2 minutes walk to the famous Frishman and Gordon Beaches.

Great location but needs quite a bit of updating and understanding neighbours

I rented this property based on the location (proximity to beach, shops, restaurants) and the amenities (aircon, wifi, extra half bath). Upon arrival, it took two days to air out the place from the cigarette smoke. The second issue was the wifi that would consistently drop connection from your electronic device. I had to restart the modem about 4-6x a day, once requiring the property manager to come and fix it. Apparently, others had also complained about it according to him but clearly nothing was done.

While the pictures of the property show the comforts of the place, I was surprised to see a number of cosmetic issues. There are numerous cracks on the walls, particularly in the living room and the bathroom. There were some exposed electrical outlets and wires, the paint was peeling off the walls and ceiling of the bathroom, there were fruit flies in the bathroom, and in general, the place showed its worn age with basic amenities.

As for the bedrooms, the double size room had stained pillows (yellow sweat stains) and the duvet itself was in similar condition. Another pillow had the stuffing coming out of it. The room with two single beds had mattresses that provided little support, causing my family members some back discomfort.

The unit itself is in a very good location. However, the building neighbours are not fond of guests. One neighbour in particular would "patrol" our in's and out's and ready to pounce on anything we may have done wrong since the property didn't come with any instructions or tips. On my mother's arrival, she unknowingly smoked outside in the hallway and threw out a cigarette butt. Despite the fact that there were cigarette butts around the property perimeter, one of the neighbours quickly told her not to smoke so close to the building and to not throw out the butts. This is a reasonable request, which my mother happily obeyed with an ash tray. Upon departure, we were cleaning up the unit and getting dressed to head to the airport. My mother put a garbage bag next to a *rubbish pail* near to the entrance so I could throw it out when I was finished getting dressed. Within 3 minutes, the same neighbour was already knocking on our door complaining. Though I explained I would throw it out as I was getting dressed (had no shirt on), she enlisted other neighbours to knock on the door and complain to us as well.

For the price paid and the images shown, we were disappointed by this experience and would not recommend this unit.
