Located in the Calypso Tower/Gulf-Front With Great Views From East to West !!

Calypso 1604w is centrally located directly south of Pier Park in the heart of Panama City Beach, approximately 1 mile east of the intersection of Hwy. 79 and Front Beach Road. The address is : 15817 Front Beach Road, Panama City Beach, Florida 32413.

This unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and can accommodate 10 guests. It is located in the westernmost Gulf-front Tower in the center of the building. The layout and bedding are as follows:

As you enter the unit, guest bedroom #1 is to the right with two twin size bunk beds.

Guest bedroom #2 has two queen size beds, and is on the left of the entry hallway.

The master bedroom is located just off of the living area with a king size bed and private bath.

The kitchen and living area have open views of the Gulf of Mexico with a balcony access off of the living area.

PARKING: The only parking for this building is in the parking garage across the street. However, there is a sky-walk over Front Beach Road. There is ample parking, but if possible, try and find a spot on the third floor of the parking garage, as the sky-walk is located on the third floor.

AMENITY PASSES (ARMBANDS) & PARKING PASSES: Currently, armbands and parking passes are provided in the unit, and you can find these on the kitchen counter.

**It is possible that guests staying in this building will have to pay an "amenity fee" directly to the Condominium Association for armbands and parking passes beginning in 2017.

LOCATION: Gulf-front, approximately 1 mile east of the intersection of Hwy. 79 & Front Beach Road, 15 minutes to Rosemary Beach, across the street and surrounded by Pier Park.

Amazing views and the cleanest place ever

My kids and I loved this condo soooo much. Dustin and his company made us feel like we were his VIPs. The place was so well maintained. He had an ipad for us in the condo so that we could share our experiences with our family that wasn't lucky enough to be able to come with us. The cleaning was far above any other place I have stayed at. I get super freaked out about cleanliness and after I did my inspection, I called him immediately and let him know how happy I was. THANK YOU!!!
