Splash Resort/ Premier Family Vacation Destination with an Indoor Water Park!

Splash 501W is located on the west end of Panama City Beach approximately 2 miles west of the intersection of Hwy. 79 and Front Beach Road. The address is: 17739 Front Beach Road, Panama City Beach, FL 32413.

This unit has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths and accommodates 10 guests. It is located at the very west end of the 5th floor in the West Tower. The floor plan of this unit is unique, as it has what is typically known as a "lock-out or split floor plan" layout. The layout and bedding are as follows:

As you enter the unit, there are two interior doors inside the main access point:

The door straight in front of you as you enter through the main access point leads to the "mother-in-law" suite on the north side. This portion of the unit has a king size bed, private balcony, private bath and small kitchen area (no stove/oven .... only microwave).

The door to the left leads you into the primary portion of the unit. You will find a guest bedroom to your right with a unusual set of 2 queen size bunk beds, private balcony, and a bath across the hallway. The kitchen and living area have expansive views of the Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom is located just off the living area with a king size bed and private bath.

PARKING: The only parking for this building is in the parking garage across the street. However, there is a sky-walk over Front Beach Road. There is ample parking, but if possible, try and find a spot on the second floor of the parking garage, as the sky-walk is located on the second floor.

AMENITY PASSES (ARMBANDS) & PARKING PASSES: You will need to purchase your amenity and parking passes directly through the Condominium Owner's Association. This can be done at the "check-in" desk located on the north side of the sky-walk. The fee is $25.00 for your reservation. This fee is paid directly to the Condominium Owner's Association and is not affiliated with any fees paid to Beachy Boutique Properties.

LOCATION: Gulf Front, 4 miles east of the west end of Panama City Beach, 10 minutes to Rosemary Beach, and less than 5 minutes to Pier Park.

Worst Customer Service While Staying In A Broken Down Unit

We have been coming to this resort for years and have stayed in many different units. We love staying at this resort as it provides everything a family could want!!! Our family was very excited about this summer vacation and this rental. It looked great on-line and the manager seemed very helpful. When we arrived, it was a whole different story, the unit was dirty and needed a deep cleaning. It was not properly stocked, and in poor working condition. The disposal didn't work, the light bulbs were missing in every bathroom and in the kids room, the tubs had hair in them, it was not stocked with the normal supplies, and worst of all, THE AC UNIT WAS BROKEN. Keep in mind, this is in 98 degree weather. At first the manager, Dustin, seemed as he would be helpful and agreed to work things out with us due to the condition of the unit and the fact that the AC was broken. After 4 nights of no AC, he finally provided box fans to help. Still, we were under the impression, as he had stated, that he would offset this experience due to all the issues. Well he didn't and refuses to address our concerns and the commitment that he made while we were there. In Summary, I would avoid renting this unit until it has a major restoration, and definitely I would not deal with Dustin and his company. There are many more rentals available at this property with excellent customer service and owners and managers that are top notch.

Great outdoor amenities for kids

The resort offers many great water amenities for families with kids. Unit was quiet with a great layout and plenty of room for our family of 7. It was in need of deep cleaning and kitchen was very poorly equipped. Disposal was stopped up and was not repaired until our third day there. With a little investment unit could be a terrific vacation home, but we will not return.
