Guestbook comments from the manager

My family travels frequently, and we have enough experience to compare properties. This condo is one of the best we have rented. It's very clean, has new furniture and bedding, everything works, lots of extras (beach chairs, umbrellas, washing liquids, office supplies, etc). Heater, air conditioner, all appliances are new or in perfect shape. Condo is intracoastal front, so we enjoyed wonderful view from living room, as well as from 2d floor bedroom's balcony. We watched sunset every night from the condo, made best photos of sunset. During the night the moon shines into the bedroom balcony, and the moon light reflects from water into the room. There is a nice swimming pool and a little marina 100 yards away from the back door. Fishing is available at any time, we had fish meal every day. The location of this condo is perfect, as you can cross the street A1A and enter the Crescent Beach within minutes. The ocean beach is beautiful and wide, not crowded, miles of sand, can walk or bike. The historical city of St. Augustine is an easy drive, many museums, forts, trolley around the city, restaurants, shopping, endless opportunities to spend time and money. Management of this property is unusually nice and responsive. Every time I called, I talked with a person, not answering machine, all my questions answered, my problems solved. My property manager name was Sarah D. , and she was professional and helpful. Overall, I highly recommend this property for vacation rental.

Relaxation from begining to end

  • 5 of 5

Quiet, comfortable unit, beautiful views, friendly neighbors. Options for recreation everywhere. We went boating, fishing, to the beach and lounged in the pool. Great restaurants nearby. What more could you ask for? Sarah made booking simple and easy. We hope to come back soon.

Right on the Intercoastal!

  • 4 of 5

The condo was two story, bedrooms upstairs, very clean. Two full baths, one upstairs, one downstairs. The living area had sliding glass doors that opened to a beautiful view of the intercoastal. My son was able to fish right in front of our condo, day and night!! They also had a nice clean pool and fishing dock just a few steps away. The beach access is about three houses down across the street, easy walk. The beach is beautiful, not crowded at all and safe for children to run around and play. Overall, great place to stay for a beach trip. Sarah, the property manager, was great with all the details and made everything very easy. The only reason not a five star - the pots/pans selection was horrible. It was really hard to cook bacon and eggs for breakfast (the frying pans are really really little!). Otherwise, the kitchen had everything we needed. And we saw the dolphins swim by every day also!! Fun time.

Dolphins, everyday, need I say more?

  • 5 of 5

We loved this condo. Clean, with everything we needed. Very comfortable beds, which is not something I usually say away from home. We saw dolphins every single day, the view is amazing. Manager, Sarah, was great to deal with, very helpful. Hope to be back next year!
