It is a nice BIG house very close to the beach, train station, supermarket, and boardwalk. It was also well equipped (plenty of utensils, plates, etc.) for eating in or grilling out back. The backyard is not much, but the decks are great! We particularly loved the second floor deck.
House was beautiful and very nicely decorated. 2 blocks from the boardwalk. Although it was freezing (Xmas week) I enjoyed walks on the boardwalk. Owners were considerate and efficient in leaving instructions for every appliance, tv, etc. Would definitely stay there again.
Great time was had by all!
Our family of 9 had a wonderful time staying at 100 New Jersey Ave, Point Pleasant, NJ. We enjoyed this 5-bedroom home while attending my niece's wedding weekend. Our clan came from AZ, NJ, VA, MA and MO. There was plenty of space for us to maneuver about and not get in one another's way. Three bathrooms on site was a great plus. Having two kitchens on Floor 1 and 2 worked well for us.
PROXIMITY: Close to boardwalk and several occupants strolled daily. Borrowed beach chairs from friends to enjoy a few hours on the beach. Short walk to bride-to-be's motel room for hair and make-up the morning of the wedding. Wedding trolley was nearby as well.
PARKING: Not an issue - house driveway takes three cars and off-season provided plenty of street parking.
AMENITIES: TV is all bedrooms / living rooms (except twin bed room). Sleeping pillows were plentiful as well as blankets. Sheets and towels were provided (but not beach towels). GUIDE BOOKS/INSTRUCTIONS: Books were prepared and nicely presented.
BEST FEATURE: Two over-sized open porches. Second-floor has a great view of the ocean.
OWNERS: A delight to do business with.

Everything was just wonderful
The Dolan house was just right for our little getaway celebration .Our children & their little ones had private space for naps etc and we were able to walk just about everywhere . Kevin & wife Pat Dolan were gracious & helpful and a pleasure to do business with too !
House was super clean. Owners were super accommodating. The outside furniture was perfect. The porches were awesome with a view of the ocean from the second floor. Easy access to the beach and boardwalk. We'll be back for sure. Thanks again..... Bryan
Historic Jenkinson's Boardwalk Family Fun Place is a short walk down the boardwalk. The facility includes rides, gift shops, amusement center, tiki bar, miniature golf, batting cage, and a wonderful aquarium.
The North end of the beach has many fine dining restaurants and a marina with charter and party boats for deep sea fishing and cruising.
During the Summer months, there is usually something every night. Events include fireworks, concerts and movies on the beach, and kiddie and talent shows.
Downtown Point Pleasant Beach has many casual restaurants, antique shops and specialty stores.
