Explore the Southern Oregon Coast while you stay in this laid-back and comfortable Coos Bay vacation rental! It's pet-friendly and quiet, with bay access and a private hot tub - this charming beach cottage is a true gem!

Situated in a great spot for recreation, this beach guest house offers classic comforts like WiFi (shared with the next-door cottage), a DVD player, a private washer/dryer, and cable, plus fun extras like board games and a outdoor fire pit for scary stories and s'mores. Downtown Coos Bay is less than a 15-minute drive away, with the towns of Charleston and North Bend close by as well!

Enjoy the vintage feel of this home while you lounge on the sofa and watch TV or play a game. Cook an easy meal in the basic kitchen and eat at the round dining table while the gas fireplace crackles and warms the space.

While here, downtown Coos Bay is a shirt drive away, as are attractions like the Coos Bay Art Museum and the beach boardwalk. Take a fishing charter for deep sea fishing or try for salmon and steelhead right on the waters of the bay!

Enjoy this stunning bay location, visit the Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area, Charleston Harbor, and clam and crab to your heart's content at this laid-back and comfy Coos Bay vacation rental.

About Vacasa, OR - Oregon Coast Office

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

The place is in a state of disrepair.

 • 2 of 5

It was clean for the most part, except several sets if sheets had stains. Hot tub lid didn't work, we could only fit two people in it, 1 BBQ was out of propane so we used the other rentals, we had to buy our own garbage bags and paper towels, we waited 1 1/2 days for a frying pan to be able to cook, the fridge had water all over the bottom tray, the doors to the bedroom that has the bathroom were hard to open and close.

Outside of those issues the place was located good and big enough, but we won't be staying here again,

Stay here

 • 5 of 5

This is a quaint home for a couple and kids or singles. There is only one double bed but worked just fine for us. Perfect location and very homey. I would stay here again.

Fun secluded house on the bay

 • 4 of 5

As long as you don't mind outdated decor, this is a wonderful budget option for families. Right on the bay with a fun path down to the bay (part of which is washed out, but we still managed it with our 4, 8, and 10 year olds). Clamming available just down the path.

The 3 small bedroom and a bathroom accessed only through the bedroom. Gas fireplace was awesome. We sat in the hot tub that overlooks the bay during a huge rainstorm. great experience here!

The Mal Pack

 • 5 of 5

Great little place while visiting family in the area. It was plenty spacious for my husband and I and our two dogs, but I would think the reported maximum occupancy of 7 would be crowded.

We loved the secluded location, yet it was close to town.
