“The Casa Loma exceed our expectations. We would give the home, host and house Manager Janet a 6 star rating if there were a six star rating on the evaluation. The home was super clean and had everything in the kitchen plus more. We loved the double oven stove. It was our 50th anniversary and we were greeted with a bottle of Prosecco and a small anniversary cake. Thanks Janet it really ment a lot to us. When we came back to Casa Loma after a long day in the wine country touring, it felt like we were coming back to our home in Texas. The home is very cozy. Both our friends that stayed with us and my wife and I will surely return to Casa Loma in the future.”
We had such a lovely time in Sonoma. Janet's home is close to the city while still being removed from the bustle. We highly recommend this beautiful, charming home.
Casa Loma is a wonderful find in wine country. Our group consisted of two couples and we both found the house very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and actually had sharp knives! We know from previous experiences this is not usually the case. The location is terrific, easy to find, not far from the center of town but also secluded on a quiet street with peaceful scenery outside every window. Janet was a fantastic host, responded right away with any questions we had. Highly recommend this one!
We enjoyed our stay. The home was central to many of the trips we took in Sonoma, Napa and the surrounding areas. Never more than an hour and a half away. We the wound our way back to the comfort of Casa Loma. Nestled in a relatively quite neighborhood made it more relaxing
We spent a very relaxing 3 days in Sonoma at Casa Loma. It was the perfect place to linger over breakfast & coffee before heading out to the DiRosa, Quarry Hill or Jack London State Park. Great location- close to town square or just a walk to fabulous Mexican food. Even if it had rained, this house would have been a great place to hang out.
Casa Loma is exceptionally warm and inviting!
Janet has created a tasteful and beautiful home. The house is full of amenities and has clearly been planned with the anticipated needs of the visitor in mind.
We look forward to a return visit soon.
We enjoyed our stay at Casa Loma very much. It is in a very quiet neighborhood with easy access to downtown Sonoma. It is very comfortable and homey and the owner provides generous amenities. The beds are very comfortable. The owner was consistently responsive to any questions we had and was a joy to work with. We would be happy to return for a future stay. Highly recommend.
From exploring the rugged scenery of the Pacific Ocean coastline to a romantic visit to the wineries for which it’s famous, Sonoma County is packed with activities.
While Sonoma is known for its more than 400 wineries, the area also boasts state and regional parks where you can indulge your inner outdoorsman, as well as a vibrant arts and culture scene. With so much to do, and all of it less than two hours from San Francisco, Oakland, and Sacramento airports, it’s no wonder more people are sneaking away for a trip to Sonoma .
