About Pat & Roberta Nolan

We both grew up as children in this neighborhood, went to nearby schools and loved it so much that we haven't left! Our families are from Queen Anne and we are just a walk to connect with many of them. Queen Anne is one of Seattle's most popular neighborhoods and we would love to host you when you visit Seattle. We both know quite a bit about the city and its must see places so we're here as an added resource to help you see all that you can while you're in Seattle no matter how long your stay.

Pat & Roberta Nolan purchased this apartment in 1999

Why Pat & Roberta Nolan chose Seattle

Our built in 1908 as a single family home but was then completely remodeled into a duplex to meet family needs. Now we have a wonderful place to welcome family members when they are in town as well as a great a friendly neighborhood option to those visiting Seattle and staying in a traditional hotel room. We take great care in maintaining the building and the property so that your stay at our home is pleasant, clean and safe for you and your guests.

What makes this apartment unique

We love the clean lines and the open plan of this apartment. All space is well used and furnishings are very comfortable, current, and well appointed without clutter. The maple hardwood floors as well as the cabinetry make this apartment warm and welcoming. We are into the details and have included many items to stock this apartment with everything that you'll need to make this a comfortable stay as well as minimal maintenance while you're here on vacation.

Guestbook comments from the owner

We hosted Rob and his family at our home over a month ago and it is still very fresh in our minds what great guests they were right from the start of our communication. They were very friendly and we appreciate that they took care of the apartment. Rob, we hope you had a great time in Seattle, even though there were a few of days of "liquid" sunshine. We consider you as top notch guests! We give them a 5 star rating! (Can't seem to rate using stars for some reason!)

Excellent

  • 5 of 5

The apartment was wonderful for us. My husband and I came from BC and our daughter and grandson from New York. We were very comfortable and enjoyed spending time there. There were puzzles to do, some food had been left for us. We had breakfast there every day and one dinne. My grandson loved all the lights. The only thing I could suggest is some towel racks in the bathroom. Otherwise it was perfect for us. We woke up early so we enjoyed just hanging around there before we went touring. Thanks. Liz

Great place to stay and make this your home while visiting Seattle

  • 5 of 5

This property is a perfect place to stay while visiting in Seattle. Condo is located in a quiet area of Queen Anne Hill, close to the city as well as local restaurants and shopping. Enjoy a territorial view of Seattle with vivid sunsets and distant mountains from the windows. Condo is light and bright with lots of windows, but insulated from any noise. No detail has been overlooked by Roberta and Pat: kitchen is fully furnished, comfortable beds, linens, plenty of towels, toiletries and supplies. Roberta met us at the condo, even though we arrived late in the evening, and helped us get settled. She had even purchased breakfast items for us. Owner was very responsive in initial inquiry and any questions we had while vacationing. Great place to stay!! We will definitely visit again and highly recommend this unit.

Awesome place! 4th stay!

  • 5 of 5

This is our " go to" place to stay in Queen Anne. It's perfect for a family of 3-4, with twin beds in the 2nd bedroom. Great location for us with kids at SPU. Always a pleasant surprise to have some breakfast basics already in the fridge. Very gracious hosts!

Great not-so-little apartment, next to Seattle's activities

  • 5 of 5

This was a really great place for our family of 4, with 2 adult-size kids. It was close to downtown Seattle, though you probably do need a car. This house is on a small, dead-end street, so it's very quiet.

The place is modern and has a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture, books, games, tourist information, etc.

And, there's a great little porch that overlooks the mountains.

I wish we could have stayed longer. Hopefully the next time!

Perfect home base for Seattle

  • 5 of 5

We had a wonderful stay in Seattle. Roberta and Pat were very helpful. The place was beautiful and very well located to see the city. Everything we could have needed was in place when we arrived (including a few bagels which was immensely helpful for our late evening arrival from the airport). A wonderful place with great hosts. We wouldn't stay anyplace else in Seattle.
