This location is just a short walk to Portland's East End Beach and Eastern Promenade Park. North Street is perhaps the most desirable street on the 'Hill'.
This antique bungalow duplex home is on 2-levels and has a recently renovated granite/cherry kitchen and bathroom, 2 bedrooms plus den, and driveway parking for two cars.
The living areas and the bathroom are on the first floor. Bedrooms and den are on the second floor. The master bedroom is large with a king size bed. The guest room has a queen bed and the adjoining den has a twin bed. Bicycle storage is available in the basement.

The most significant feature of Munjoy Hill is the magnificent Eastern Promenade. This popular park has amazing water vistas and a sunrise view over the Calendar Islands of Casco Bay and Portland Head Light. The park includes East End Beach, picnic areas, a municipal boat launch, playgrounds and tennis courts. Along the waterfront, the shoreway trail connects with the Baxter Boulevard trail and the Old Port-- all suitable for walking, running, and cycling. Another park on North Street offers spectacular sunset views of downtown.

Portland is Maine's largest city but Munjoy Hill has a small neighborhood feel yet it is walking distance to downtown and also on the City bus line. This large furnished apartment is probably the best Portland value on VRBO!

Very nice and well furnished place, comfortable for 2 adults, 2 young kids and a baby. The neighborhood is very nice too, everything you need close by. Thank you Ann!
The apartment was clean and tidy throughout. Easy walking distance to trails, and several restaurants - Lolita and OTTO are highlights of the neighborhood. We also enjoyed to proximity to Coffee by Design, a distillery and two breweries. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe so we were able to relax. Master bedroom AND the guest bedroom contained air conditioning units which was a nice surprise, though they were hardly necessary for the weather we experienced. It was a comfortable apartment for 4 adults, more than that would not be recommended.
Walking distance (1 mile) to Portland's Old Port. Several cafes, coffee and sandwich shops within a few blocks. On Portland's City Bus line.
