What makes this Bungalow unique

Without a doubt the location is the best thing about this home. Imagine, no pulling wagons or carrying tons 'stuff' to the beach. You can walk back and forth from the home to the beach in just a few steps. Kids get hungry, need to use the restroom, no problem, just a short walk and you are at home! After a day at the beach you can continue to enjoy the wonderful ocean breezes that invade the open patio just outside your door. No need to "pack " for the beach and make one trip for the day. From this location you can go to the beach as many times a day as you like, not to mention that "night time" stroll.
