About Mary Morley
I have spent summers in northern Michigan all of my life. We purchased this home in 2011, in the hopes that our large family would enjoy time in Charlevoix for years to come. The location is ideal for walking into town, collecting Petoskey stones at the beach, or simply relaxing on our wonderful front porch the watching people stroll along Michigan Avenue. Our backyard also serves as a great gathering place for barbeques and yard activities during the day, and also evenings around the fire pit.

We really enjoyed the first spacious house we have rented in the last 5 years we have come to Charlevoix. All of our family could not stay the entire time but those of us who did thoroughly enjoyed it.
So glad you enjoyed your stay! We would love to have you come back in the future.
Best vacation ever! The home is on the most beautiful street in Charlevoix. Lots of space, great front porch that we enjoyed everyday and night. Enjoyed riding the nice bikes all over town. Great having all amenities provided. Enjoyed our stay!
Relaxing, Welcoming Getaway
Our extended family had a wonderful week at your house! We appreciated the welcoming atmosphere when we came in. Having bikes available for us to ride as well as outdoor games was an unexpected bonus. It was such a treat to escape the southern summer heat and enjoy the cool days on the front porch and spacious back yard. The grill and fire pit were both put to good use. The location was wonderful - the ability to walk to the beach or downtown meant everyone had plenty of options for the day. If you're a reader, be prepared to be in book heaven! Lots of book shelves with tempting titles.
Northern Michigan Relaxation
We stayed at this home for a week in July 2015. Mary was wonderful to work with. The house was spacious and a lived like a true lake house. Best of all we had ample room for 8 people and could have easily fit 12. The kitchen, living areas and outdoor spaces were great and relaxing. The location is phenomenal. We walked to town every day for meals and activities. Biking to downtown Charlevoix takes 5 minutes. More importantly you are across the street from Public Access to Lake Michigan Beach and within 1 mile of Depot Beach. For people that like to bike you can access the Trail which connects to Petoskey in less than 15 min by bike from the house. It was a breadth of fresh air to sleep with the windows open each night and enjoy drinks on the front porch or rest time in the Hammock. The house also includes an outdoor Barbeque and owners bikes to use. We will definitely be back.
Happy that you enjoyed our home and wonderful Charlevoix!
We looked forward to seeing you again
Beautiful place to stay!
We stayed at this home the early part of last summer (2014). Wow--what a fantastic place to stay. There is so much room and everything is spotless. The large kitchen was easy to maneuver around and included everything you would need. The bedrooms are spacious and very quiet. The backyard was perfect for sitting in the sun and playing yard games. We walked to the beach which was just a couple of minutes away. We would "Highly" recommend this home. The location was so convenient. We even walked to the downtown area for shopping and dining.
Weekly concerts in the downtown band shell and at the beautiful public library. Additional visitor information is available in notebook provided by owner. Annual events, resturant guide, etc. is provided
