Perfect rental for snowmobiling families/groups.

  • 5 of 5

I highly recommend the Elk Lodge to anyone who is looking for a place to stay for a snowmobiling trip. Very closely located to Bearskin Trail. Gas station not too far away. This home is fully appointed down to Kleenex, extra towels, plenty of firewood, detergent for laundry/dishwasher, blankets, lotion, there was everything we needed in the kitchen to cook all of our meals (including a slowcooker), cookies, for a family of 8 and there were enough chairs too! The heated garage is such an added benefit especially winter month rentals. As is the extra room/walk-in closet located right next to the garage entrance to house all of our cold weather gear. The layout of the house is perfect for two families, multiple couples or groups. Honestly, this is one of the best rentals I have stayed at on VRBO. All of the aforementioned is fine and dandy, but cleanliness is my number one priority and this place is CLEAN! I would stay here again and give this 5 stars and two thumbs up. There is not one complaint about this rental.

Great place to stay!!

  • 5 of 5

We stayed at Elk Lodge for our annual "Father Son" snowmobile trip. The lodge was as good or better that the HomeAway listing stated. The beds and linens were some of the best that I have had from a vacation rental. Overall the lodge was extremely well equipped with everything that you need for a great stay. Can't say enough about the grounds surrounding the lodge. We saw deer, turkey and other wildlife during our stay. We will be back again.

Elk Lodge has it all!

  • 5 of 5

We visited Elk Lodge for a long weekend and were very impressed. It was fully equipped and ready for us to have fun. From the kitchen, to the fire ring. It was like staying is a resort with folded towels, paper products, soap on all the sinks etc... just steps away from the wood line. This is a great place to stay.

Beautiful place to make family memories

  • 5 of 5

The lodge is equipped with everything you need all you have to bring is food and your personal belongings. Beautiful, spacious yard which is very private. We enjoyed having a fire every evening with the cut wood that was waiting for us in the garage! The enclosed front porch was perfect for playing cards & board games. We will definitely return to the Elk Lodge!
