About Miya Stafford

Hello!

My name is Miya and I am the property manager. Mark & Laurie Temple and Roy Thomas own the property. They bought this unit in February 2015, and we all absolutely love the property. This is the street Mark grew up on and actually lives down the street!

As for me I'm from Chicago and have lived in Prescott, AZ since March 2012 and love it! It's a beautiful little home town. The people are wonderful here and there is always something happening.

I hope you will enjoy your stay here as much as I have!

Miya Stafford purchased this cottage in 2015

Why Miya Stafford chose Capital Territory & High Country

The owners purchased this property because of the location. Our property is located on the most historical street in Prescott. Also the same street one of the owners grew up on!

What makes this cottage unique

What I love about this property is that it's in a GREAT location!

Okay Stay

  • 3 of 5

We loved the location of this "cabin". The area was beautiful and we could walk to downtown Prescott. Unfortunately, the unit was not as clean & maintained as we would have hoped and towels were at a minimum. Upon contacting the property manager, we were told there was a new cleaning person involved and that the Unit would be checked. Unfortunately, it did not make our stay as comfortable as we would have liked.

Clean, quiet, convenient

  • 5 of 5

Great little one bedroom, close to Courthouse square and perfect for those of us who like to cook in, but convenient if you wanted to eat out. The shared washer/dryer was a great added perk considering the length of our stay. Unit was back off the street, so we did not hear any street traffic. A great place to stay while we were in town and easily hosted another couple for dinner while we were staying.
