Remodeled 2 Bedroom/2 Bath Plus A Den With Great Views And Amenities

Point Santo de Sanibel C7 is a remodeled, ground level, corner unit with Gulf access and View. The unit has two bedrooms/two bathrooms plus a den (den closes off for sleeping privacy). This nicely appointed condo offers a master suite with king bed and master bathroom with dual vanities, walk-in shower and soaking tub. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds and the den has a new, state of the art sleeper sofa. There is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, four TV's including a flat panel wall mounted TV in living room plus TVs in the master and guest (DVD only) bedrooms and the den - which has an entertainment center with a flat panel screen. There are three DVD players located in the living room, den, and the guest bedroom . C7 has a screened-in lanai with screen door access to swimming pool and beach, and an open air fenced-in side patio deck off the den. Convenient in-unit stacked washer and dryer. This is a weekly minimum property that accommodates up to 6 people.

Our family has been visiting Sanibel island in late June/early July for many years, staying in a time share. We visited unit C7 in the Pointe Santo property when it was for sale and loved the condo, the ease of access, and the Pointe Santo grounds.

What makes this condo unique

As a ground level unit, our condo is easily accessible and has a reserved parking spot directly in front of the entrance. C7 is a corner unit and has a unique enclosed patio area. The adjacent den has a high-quality, queen-sized sleeper sofa and a pocket door which can be closed for privacy.

Ideal spacious and updated condo for sleeping six

Grandparents along with family of four, including two children , stayed here comfortably for two weeks. Very comfortable seating in family room along with seating for six at granite high counter top with swivel chairs for six as well. Side den with tv and side patio was great for the men. Only negative was lack of ceiling fan in the Lanai....useful while renting out in March.

Lovely well equipped condo

This is our 2nd holiday at Pointe Santo but the 1st in this condo. It is very comfortable and well equipped, We thought the main bathroom was very roomy and it was lovely to have shower and separate bath. Nice location and lovely decoration. We have stayed on Sanibel several times and this condo is one of our favourites. We would book it again if we return.
