The apartment, located on the second floor (with elevator), is composed of: -a combined day and night area with sofa bed, TV and dining table-a kitchen corner (fitted with dishwasher, microwave, crockery, water kettle, coffee machine, toaster) -a bathroom with shower stall
The apartment is fitted with air conditioning, double glazed windows and cellar (on the ground floor). It doesn’t have terrace.
Private parking with remote control is at disposal. The guests benefit from an outdoor swimming pool (open from June to September). Pets are allowed only prior approval.
ServicesIn Marinara you can rent both bikes and boats. A few minutes away there is a well-stocked supermarket and several shops, including clothing stores, bars, restaurants, ice cream parlours, hairdresser and other useful services (pharmacies, post offices and banks).The area offers plenty of choices for your free time: you can enrol in a sailing course to get your boat licence or practice a variety of sports, including tennis and horse riding.

Marina di RavennaSouth of Lido of Ravenna, Marina di Ravenna is the perfect destination for a family holiday, offering restaurants where to enjoy the local cuisine, bars and discos on the beach and a nice pine forest along the coast. Sandy beaches are perfectly equipped to offer a truly relaxing experience. The area is also very popular among cyclists thanks to its many bike paths.The tourist port in Marinara can accommodate up to 1,500 boats and is much appreciated by sailing enthusiasts. On both sides of the harbour you can walk along the pier, which extends for almost one kilometre into the blue water of the Adriatic Sea.
The surroundingsWe recommend a visit to Ravenna, which has preserved the vestiges of the Roman and Byzantine Empire, today included in the UNESCO World Heritage Site. The site includes the Byzantine mosaics in the basilicas of San Vitale and Sant'Apollinare in Classe and the mausoleums of Teodorico and Galla Placidia.The National Museum of Underwater Activities also deserves a visit, as well as the natural water reserve of 'Paguro', a beloved destination for divers and researchers. Piallassa of Baiona and the lagoon of 'Parco del Delta del Po' are worth a visit, too, either by boat or bike.A short drive from Marina di Ravenna are some famous resorts of the Adriatic coast, such as Cervia and Milano Marittima. The Republic of San Marino - about 70 km away - lies high above the coastal plains, perched on the hills on the border between the regions of Emilia Romagna and Marche.The theme park Mirabilandia, ideal for a trip with the whole family, is only 20 minutes away (by car).
