2017 UPDATE: We look forward to hosting our returning and new guests! AC added in 2016. NO PETS PLEASE.

Come visit our cozy, efficient house for the summer! The house was purchased and renovated in 2013 in casual, 'beach-chic' style. We added a heated 18x40 gunite pool and deck and redid the landscaping on the back of our 0.4 acre property.

Location:

We are an 8 min walk to the train station, a 12 min walk to the Jitney stop, a 10 min walk to Main St in Southampton Village, and an 8 min bike ride to Little Plains beach. We are including our 3 bicycles (incl 1 child one) so you do not even need to rent a car.

Interior:

There are 3 bedrooms, 1 with a queen bed, 1 with a full bed, and 1 with two bunk beds and one toddler bed (there is also a crib). There is a living room and a sun room with family friendly furniture. The bathroom was gut renovated with all new fixtures and a very spacious sink countertop. The kitchen has a new Bosch dishwasher. New washer and existing (very functional!) dryer in basement.

Exterior:

There is a new deck with an umbrella-topped teak dining table that seats 8, and a new Weber gas grill. The deck's stairs lead down to an 18x40 heated gunite pool (heated by town gas, not propane), with 4 teak lounging chairs and 2 umbrellas for shade. To the right of the pool and in the front of the house we have plenty of lawn for kids and adults to run around/lounge on!

Why Debbie Liu chose Hamptons

One of the things we loved about our house was its location. We wanted to be in the village proper, and when we first bought it we did not even own a car. Given the house's equidistance from town and the train station, it is super convenient to get around. (We would recommend a car, however, if you have young children, since kids come with a lot of stuff!)

What makes this house unique

Our house is small but we think it has everything you would want in a vacation rental. Two of its best features are the pool and deck. While we are right in the village, our property looks over lush greenery in our neighbor's backyard, which makes for beautiful scenery when you're lounging by the pool! The greenery also provides good shade.
