Direct access to the gorgeous One-level townhouse from the 2 car garage. Sleeps 4 +1. Queen sized bed in the master, 2 twin beds in bedroom 2. A full-sized crib is available. Great for working professionals. Sorry, we are unable to discount from the listing amount. Three miles to UCSD, Mission Bay, La Jolla. Oversized Garage parking for 2 cars, full-sized laundry. Central A/C and heating, Fireplace, Plasma TV, DVD's, excellent Wi-fi. Beautiful white lacquer kitchen is very easy for cooking. sorry the Community Pool is not heated in the winter but the Jacuzzi is available year round and the spa and barbecue are just feet from the home. Sorry, no events are allowed, and only tenants are allowed at the pool, no additional guests.

One small pet is considered for 3-month rentals with a pet fee. Guests are provided with a copy of the homeowner regs and they are reviewed in person by your host.

Ideal for families with kids. Easy access to the pool and Spa. Close to freeways and the beaches of La Jolla.

The home features vaulted ceilings, gas fireplace, 50' Plasma TV, and leather sofa and sectional that expands to sleep an additional 2 people. Entertaining is easy with the new and modern IKEA kitchen. Dining area seats 6. Master bedroom features a queen bed with memory foam mattress, a full sized crib is available. Bedroom 2, features two twin beds.

There is a lap pool and jazuzzi just 200 feet from the home.

A Large garage accommodates two oversized vehicles.

What makes this townhome unique

This property is excellent for families with young children as it is a one-story unit. Access is easy from the 2 car garage and the front door faces a large grass green-belt.

Best rental we have ever had through VRBO!

We really enjoyed staying in this condo for a month during the summer of 2017. It is very centrally located, with easy access to freeways. The unit is set into a hill, so the front entrance is just a few steps up off the sidewalk, while the garage sits below the condo. The condo is roomy, comfortable & uncluttered, with high ceilings in the living area that add to the feeling of lots of space. It is an end unit, which makes it quiet but well-situated within the complex. The kitchen was well-stocked/equipped, with dishes, glassware & cutlery. It did not feel like it was furnished with leftover stuff, but rather like it was decorated with guests in mind. The owner provided lots of supplies - paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, soaps. The unit was very clean upon our arrival, & it was easy to keep clean. It was also apparent that it is well-maintained. The owner responded very quickly to any maintenance issues that arose (very unusual in our experience). We enjoyed having access to the community pool (clean & well-maintained) & relished the time we spent on the shaded front porch, with views of a tranquil hill.

Great location, close to everything

We loved our extended stay at this town house. It is a lovely, spacious place. Very nicely decorated and the beds were quite comfortable. We really appreciated how easy it was to get around all of San Diego from this location. Shopping for daily essentials is very convenient. The open space canyon park across the street is also a real treat. We went to La Jolla, Del Mar, Solano Beach, Pacific Beach, Ocean Beach, Kensington, Normal Heights, Hillcrest and Little Italy during our stay, all very easy to get to. We would be very happy to stay again in the future.

Great place.

Fully enjoyed my five night stay here: safe, clean, comfortable, well stocked. Owner lives nearby, personally welcomed me, was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

very nice, beautiful area.... close to every thing San Diego has to offer... Really liked the owner Andrea...she was very informative...made everything easy for us...would stay there again... Nice and quiet, neighbors are very friendly... Great hiking trails and walking area's.

Great Great Great

My family and I just returned from staying at this home in San Diego. I have two very picky teenage girls and a equally picky wife. All of them were impressed with the accomondations which made that part of the entire vacation peaceful and drama free. The unit was well furnished and very clean. The kitchen was awesome, well stocked as was the bathrooms. A.R. was a great host/owner. We arrived sort of late in the evening after a long cross country flight and she made sure we were able to get into the unit with no problems. It was great having a garage to park your car in so there was no searching for parking spaces at night. The neighborhood is wonderful and safe. I had no issues with letting my girls go alone to the pool or even walk around the area. During our stay my wife and I enjoyed a couple of walks through the nature trail located across the street not one concern for our safety. The neighbors in the adjoining townhomes were friendly and helpful. About the only thing I thought could be improved on is... It would have been nice to have a television in the master bedroom (There was only on very big and nice television in the house...the living room). Maybe I am just a bit spoiled but that would have been a nice perk. If I find myself or my family is in the area again this would be on top of my list of places to seek out to stay if its available.

Perfect location to enjoy a relaxing and fun family vacation by San Diego beaches

My sister and I rented the place with our 2 toddlers and we had a blast. The townhouse is very nicely furnished and all on one floor which is great with the little ones running around. We put a gate on the stairs that go down to the garage and on the front yard entrance, so we could keep an eye on our kids playing in and out the house while cooking and hanging out in the living room. Kitchen looks brand new and it's well equipped. The whole place was really clean and kid friendly. Great location close to some of the best beaches and freeway, we made it to La Jolla Shores in 10 min in the morning. The complex is green and quiet, has a pool and hot tub which was perfect for lazy afternoons. There are some stores at walking distance, but it is best to rent a car to move around, it is San Diego after all. The owner is very nice and attentive, at the end we didn't really need any help getting around or with anything in the house but it felt good to know that we could easily ask if needed. It exceeded our expectations, we will be back for another relaxing family vacation.
