Located on the beautiful Sou’west river, this luxurious 3 bedroom cottage has everything to make your vacation here in Prince Edward Island one that will enjoyed to the fullest and remembered forever.

Waterfront Paradise has been decorated and outfitted with high end finishes from top to bottom. New gourmet kitchen, 3 beautifully decorated rooms (1 king bed, 2 queen beds), a BBQ and 2 new large decks with a gorgeous glass rail (in the back only) to enjoy the view while dinning outside. Other features of the property include a private outdoor pool, french patio doors in the downstairs basement that lead to a new patio and fire pit, along with another fire pit closer to the water. A state of the art sounds system has been set up with 2 speakers on the pool deck, and 2 speakers on the back patio. All you need to do is download the Sonos app, and you have full control of the music from the palm of your hand. Our wi-fi network, which has been upgraded to that of hotel, keeps you connected all the way to the water.

Complete waterfront access to the river allows you to enjoy it the way you see fit, whether that be an early morning swim, a sunset paddle board, or just going for kayak down the river. (both available for rental) And if you are thinking of bringing a boat on your vacation, we have recently built 300 ft dock that allows you to park your water vessel in deeper waters.

Minutes away from some of the nicest beaches and some of the best golfing Canada has to offer, Waterfront Paradise is truly the place to be. We hope you choose to spend your vacation us as we plan to make it a memorable stay.

About Melissa Boyce

My name is Melissa Boyce and I am married and a soon to be mother. I grew up all over North America, but i have called P.E.I home for every summer since I can remember. My husband and I had an opportunity to purchase this property a few years ago and it has been absolutely fabulous. My husband grew up here his whole life going to school in Summerside, P.E.I which is only 20 minutes away. This property is our cottage for the summers and when we are back to work, that is when it becomes your perfect rental.

Why Melissa Boyce chose Anne's Land

We bought this property because we are both from P.E.I and dreamed of having a place of our own here. The boxes that we wanted to check off when looking for a cottage was land, water front and 3 bedrooms. So when we found this property it checked of all our requirements and all that was required was a little updating.

What makes this cottage unique

In this part I want to explain to all the new and updated things we have done to our property to make this such a beautiful place.

First we completely renovated the kitchen. All new appliances, installed a dishwasher, butcher block counter tops, kole double ceramic apron sink and faucets, backsplash and lighting.

All new furniture throughout the house, all beds and bed sets, kitchen table and chairs, couch, arm chairs, coffee table and much more have been bought within the last 3 years.

The bathroom has also been updated. New toilet, sink, faucets, countertop, painted cabinet and new tile floor.

Over 800 of deck has been redone with all new composite deck. It also has a "scenic railing" from Century on the back deck to enjoy the waterfront views all day and all night.

Took the window out of the downstairs bedroom and put in a set of french doors, that now walks out onto a brand new stone patio with a built in fire pit.

Im sure there is more but just wait until we get our pictures up from all the renovations and you will not want to go anywhere else.
