Pink Cottage is located high on a ridge on the St Anthony Headland in the sleepy hamlet of Bohortha. Made up of a cluster of cottages and a farm, this is the perfect place to escape from reality and enjoy the true beauty of the idyllic Roseland Peninsula. This is a traditional Cornish cottage with two bedrooms, a newly fitted kitchen and bathroom and an open fire in the lounge. There is a small terrace above the road to the front of the property and a garden to the rear.
Bohortha is an ideal location to discover the coast path with circular walks around the headland past the picturesque Place Manor, stunning views across to St Mawes and panoramic vistas of the Carrick Roads and west towards the Helford River and the Lizard Peninsula.
Ground Floor: Small entrance hall opens into the dining room with stairs to the first floor and also has doorway to the lounge with electric effect wood burning stove and an open fire behind it should you require the real thing. Also through the dining room is a small fully fitted kitchen and separate stairs towards the bathroom and WC.
First Floor: Master double bedroom (with 4'6" bed) with rural views and a twin room, second staircase through the kitchen leads to the family bathroom with shower over and separate WC.
Exterior: Table and chairs in the small front terrace and also to the rear in the garden. The front terrace joins up with the rear garden and is all enclosed. Please be aware that BBQs are unfortunately not permitted either on the front terrace or in the rear garden due to the proximity of the cottage to a neighbouring thatched cottage and the potential fire risk involved.
