This unique high-end Euro-design gem elegantly resides at the corner of 'Modern-Living' and 'Island-Life'. Contemporary to the core is this decorator furnished townhome on the Bay, situated in a centrally located sweet-spot in Bradenton Beach on the beautiful Anna Maria Island. The Bay views from the living room, master bedroom, and screened lanais are nothing short of spectacular, while the short walk to both the beach and pool will make for a difficult decision on where to relax away the day. You will absolutely love the fully outfitted Poggen Paul kitchen when it comes time to prepare your family's home-cooked meals. Then you must choose between the inside dining table in the main living area or the outside dining table with the serene view of a manicured mangrove forest split down the middle with a wooden walking path leading to a covered pier at the edge of the waterway. There is a private garage for guest use on the ground level. The kitchen, dining, and living area along with a half bath are on the second level. The top floor contains the master bedroom with a king bed and a private bath, a guest room with a queen bed, a den with a queen sleeper sofa and a desk, and another full bath. The home is conveniently equipped with an elevator that accesses all three floors. There is a beach locker to store your belongings while soaking up the sun on the Gulf side. You will surely love this home and the Bradenton Beach Club! This modern marvel sleeps up to 6 beachgoers.

We're coming back, no doubt!

We truly enjoyed our family vacation spending a week on AMI in this gorgeous condo! It was super clean, completely stocked, had a gorgeous view from the porch/patio, and was a perfect fit for two families of three. Our experience with Anna Maria Island accomodations was magnificent too! Communication was spot on & we greatly appreciated the goodie bag & dinner suggestions for the best local eats. They were also very helpful in hooking us up with special accomodations to rent child equipment like cribs, high chairs, sand toys, etc. from a local business in the area. The only teeny tiny negative was that we had to return the keys the day we left at the AMIA office which was out of the way of the airport. Hands down, we are returning and we will definitely use AMIA in the future! Don't miss out on good service - use AMIA & stay at the beautiful Bradenton Beach Club!

    A $500 refundable security deposit is required upon reserving the property. 30 days prior to your arrival, the total of the rental fee, cleaning, and tax of 12% are due. We have a reservation fee of $75 that we add to this total, however, if you pay this by check then we will waive the $75 charge. You will receive a confirmation with all of these details.
