This lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is located in Johnson Ranch where there are plenty of amenities including 3 heated pools and spas, tennis, racquet ball, catch release fishing pond, hiking, bike riding, Ramadas for cooking and picnicking and plenty of play grounds for the kids. As well as a free 9 hole executive course for getting your short game in shape.

All this and a 3 star pro, public golf course which is one of many in the area.

There are lots of restaurants, and shopping and grocery stores in the area as well.

Wonderful get-away!

We rented this home with my elderly mother and her husband. It was just what we needed. The home was very clean and everything we could have wanted was provided. The Johnson Ranch community pool was within walking distance for all of us and was beautiful. The yard and patio were spacious and comfortable. There was fun shopping and great restaurants within a short drive. We enjoyed it and would highly recommend this home.

very nice home and back yard. great neighborhood with plenty of things for kids to do - from swimming to well kept playgrounds.Easy connections to stores, restaurants and golf courses. Can't go wrong in the Phoenix area.

My wife and I rented this spacious property for mid-January/mid-February 2016. Our host was friendly and helpful, and made our stay stress-free and enjoyable. The house was just like the pictures online. The master bedroom/bath was big, with a beautiful walk-in closet. The house was within walking distance of Johnson Ranch pool and hot tub and there was mall shopping and plenty of great restaurants near by. If you are looking for a great rental house, this is it!

Great Stay

My wife and I rented the house for the month of December. This is a well equipped rancher with very comfortable beds. Nicely landscaped back yard with Orange and Grapefruit trees. Outdoor Heated Pool and Hot Tub a short walk from the house. Our hosts were extremely helpful and accommodating making our stay worry free. Grocery stores nearby and Johnson Ranch Golf Course 10 mins. away. We recommend this house to anyone who is looking for comfortable accommodations with all the amenities. .

If you’re active you’ll love Johnson Ranch. There are great amenities here such as:

Enjoy Golf, either at the 3 star 18 hole Johnson Ranch Golf Club, or any of the large number of other courses in the area. Another option is to use the nine hole executive course at Johnson Ranch to sharpen your short game.

We have 3 public pools and spas 2 pools and spas are heated during the winter season.

There are Tennis Courts, Volley Ball Courts, and Basketball Courts, whichever one courts your fancy.

Johnson Ranch has several ramadas with Bar-B-Qs for cookouts and picnics. Each Ramada has a playground for the Kid’s.

Go hiking at Thompson Park (San Tan Regional Park) just down the road.

Biking the area can be fun too.

Other things to do in the area

Grocery Shopping (Fry’s Food Store and Safeway) Wal-Mart is about a mile up the road.

We have lots of Restaurants in the area.

There is fabulous shopping in Queen Creek.

Local Site Seeing:

For just one of many site seeing trips in the area, take a ride up the Apache Trail in Apache Junction, stop at Goldmine Ghost Town for some fun then continue on to Canyon Lake. One of 4 beautiful desert lakes in the area. Go on past Canyon Lake to Historic Tortilla Flats. The main stop on the original Stage Coach Trail (The Apache Trail) coming into Mesa/Phoenix.

Another outing would be to visit The Olive Mill at Coombs and Rittenhouse. Tour the mill and enjoy a great lunch. They have an amazing array of flavored Olive Oils, wines, and gifts.

Almost directly across the street on Rittenhouse is an amazing farm.

Ray and Thora Schnepf moved to the desert community of what was then, Rittenhouse. The Schnepf’s joined other notable farmers to begin clearing the brush to prepare it for row crops. The farmers soon realized the sandy soil in this area was perfect for crops such as cotton, wheat and vegetables. In the late 60′s, Ray Schnepf began growing Potatoes used for potato chips. The Schnepf’s continued to diversify in the 70′s planting Queen Palms, Mexican fan palms and pine trees in a large field. Before long the Schnepf’s were farming over 5000 acres and shipping vegetables across the country. But his favorite crop was candy corn. As visitors drove out to the small farming community they would often stop and ask if they could pick a few ears of corn and some peaches. It wasn’t long until Ray realized that selling corn and peaches for U-Pick was the way to go. And Schnepf Farms began to grow…. They have added a fresh veggie market, a great restaurant, and the Kids will love riding the train.
